Can't imagine it was built 300 years ago and it's really well kept and clean....will definately come back to stay

Reception lady boss ( manager or hotel owner) is very arrogant and very rude . She is very unfriendly and keeps on criticising trip. Com. Trip. Com gave me a fixed price that I needed to pay at hotel side and she disagreed with the fixed price and charged us CHF 40 more for 2 nights stay. She is a boss there and in charge of reception and restaurant as well. Please don’t book this hotel. Hotel no lift and she very rude and told me that I should not expect a hotel with 300 years old have a lift. Her name maybe is Monika as below picture 2. But anyway, trip. Com is a very good platform.

Room was good but there was no wifi on the 1st day as there was some problem with their router. No air conditioned and was given a table fan which was not sufficient for the 3 of us.

This hotel is located about 9 mins walk from train station. The room was clean. The building is an unique Swiss style.

The room look tiny and cute. There was a restaurant in hotel and the food was good and yummy. We love the food here. The service was good and waiter was patient. The cheese fondue was the most delicious as well as we tried.

Excellent experience! Room is neat, tidy and quiet with lovely view from the balcony. We have half-board package which saved our effort in looking for a place for breakfast and dinner. Service was excellent for our dinner with wide-range of food options to choose from. Definitely recommend for couples and family tourists! Would be perfect if there is elevator/lift!

The hotel's breakfast and dinner are very good, the facilities are also very complete, there is a bathtub and a TV, it is not far from the city center, there is a bus to Interlaken, it is a cost-effective hotel, the disadvantage is that there is no elevator

The room is nice and has a balcony. If you travel to the Interlaken area, there are several beautiful towns with Interlaken as the center, plus the Jungfrau scenic area. It is more suitable to stay for 2 nights and drive by yourself. I can recommend the village where this hotel is located. There are several farmhouses in the village (called farmhouses in China), and this one is better. It is convenient to drive to major attractions and is 5 minutes' drive from the center of Interlaken. Food and accommodation are all OK. The only thing is that there is no elevator, so be careful with heavy boxes.

The hotel is comfortable but services and assistance are not available for free such as assistance with carrying luggage or parking space.

The hotel service is very good and the scenery near the hotel is superb. But the hotel is rather dilapidated. Breakfast food is ok. The hotel is some distance from the train station and there is no elevator in the hotel. Therefore, it is not recommended for tourists with a lot of luggage!

Room with great view, cleanliness of the room was good but the room was too old, maintenance needs to be improved, bathroom was very small. Close to public transport and tourist attractions. Staff friendliness and professionalism was great, many thanks to the reception staff.

There is bus No. 105 at the door, but you have to wait a long time. So you must look at the map to understand the bus situation
