Clean and modern hotel located in West Perth. Good for access to restaurants and cafes in Subiaco. Free street parking only on weekends. Rooms are a little small and bathroom not very private with gaps between glass and door.

The room is small, the facilities are a bit old, the dark decoration makes people feel that it is not very clean, especially there are hairs that have not been cleaned up behind the bathroom door, and there are black spots on the sheets. However, the location is near Kings Park, not far from the city, and the surroundings are relatively quiet. It's right next to King's Park. The location is good. There is a paid parking lot. On-street parking is free at night. The room is okay overall, but the space is relatively small. The hygiene of the room is not very thorough. There are still a few clothes left by the previous tenant in the closet garbage shopping bag
