Southland Casino Hotel Reviews

We stopped here on our way to visit family in TN. We had so much fun, and the hotel was so nice and clean, we stayed there again on our way home. Trip.com was the lowest fair that we could find and was reasonable for a nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was very nice with overhead rain delivery of water. We also spent time at the casino. No big wins, but we didn't lose every hand or every spin, so it made it fun. I will stay here again next time I am headed to visit family,.

There was not a wheelchair available for my mother. I was offered to rent a scooter that was the only option I was given.

Casino was all right although dealers on card game were rude at times. The room was really awful since we found short fizzy hairs on the bathroom floor, the tap water was muddy or otherwise rusty and the bedding was so old and uncomfortable that I couldn’t get more than couple hours of sleep since the mattress was hard and tilted to one side. I will not go back and will not recommend it

The room was very clean. Service and friendly staff were excellent. I would highly recommend
