The room was fine. The standard Premier Inn room. The hotel itself was looking a bit tired and in need of a coat of paint in the common areas. The shower in the room had great pressure but the fixing was broken, and the overhead rain shower was leaking so that when you turned it on it sprayed water all over the room. So I had to use the hand shower which I had to hold as the holder was broken. Room was clean.
I was at a conference in the same building so the location was very convenient. It is close to Waterloo station and right next to the Thames and Westminster bridge so would be great if you were a tourist.

The advantage is that the location is very good, the restaurant is also very convenient, and most of the people staying here are British working-class people.

The location is good, with Martha's supermarket and Starbucks nearby.

When looking for somewhere to stay in London, one of the first places I looked was the premier inn website. We know we would be well looked after, the rooms are comfy and the breakfast is excellent value for money and the perfect start to the day for a hungry family. London County Hall was one of the best value options for our dates and the location was perfect for us. Literally next door to the London Eye. The kids loved looking for the London Eye wherever we were then they knew where our hotel was. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Horrendous Experience at Premier INN County Hall. I had booked a night at the hotel to be able to see a show and have dinner. When we checked in we were told that we hadnt paid for the room (despite booking in September) I explained there was a mistake and showed the payment made. I was told that a refund that i hadnt asked for had been made and i now owed the full amount, i explained this couldnt be the case but as we were running late for dinner at this point made the second payment, After dinner we went back to hotel to resolve the issue, we ended up waiting over an hour for the issue to be "investigated" to which we were asked to stay in reception and not leave. The duty manager came and told me that i had been issued a refund and there was nothing he could or would do, i proceed to show him my bank records to prove that no refund had been issued and it was a mistake on their end but was told there was nothing he could do and basically tough. He agreed to raise it with head office but to not expect a quick reply! After 10 days i have had to chase again for a reply and am still down hundreds of pounds for a room that i have paid for twice and my evening was ruined by having to spend a large part of my evening in the reception arguing for a mistake this hotel has made. Other customers were also having issues at the same time with their room bookings and beds and rooms not being what they had booked so something is definitely going on with their booking system but they dont want to take responsibility for it.

Since Covid feel that Premier Inns are letting standards slip, we have stayed in a couple over the last 6 months and they are not as used to be. Had to go hunting for a second pillow, only to find the pillowcase was on inside out. Not a Big deal, but it is little touches that stick in the mind. No facility for Decaf Tea drinkers, so I had to drink water whilst having breakfast and in our room. When I asked at check in for some Decaf Tea bags I was told the Premier Inn do not stock them. About time that they baths where removed and walk in showers installed Rooms have little tea and coffee facilities, little things like No Hot Chocolate or biscuits. No Decaf tea available. Breakfast not what it used to be, cut back on the availability of a few items.

Can’t fault the location but the walls are soooooooo THIN! Can hear everything from joining rooms, take ear plugs!!!!!!!! Room could have been cleaner too especially the bathroom. Carpets are all stained in the hallways. Receptionist was great, and very friendly.

This was advertised as a "no frills" hotel, and that is exactly what to expect. It is clean, safe, and prime location for sightseeing. Wiithin walking distance of pharmacy, grocery, and two different Underground stations-Waterloo and Westminster. There is no room safe, microwave, or refrigerator. The room did have a kettle for heating water. The thermostat didn't do much to warm the room-it was always cold. Housekeeping only comes if you ask for it. The entry to the hotel is a flight of stairs, and no other option, so be prepared to carry your bags up those stairs! But elevators to upper levels were more than adequate, except at morning check out times. There is a nice restaurant with good food, even an "all you can eat" breakfast menu that can be added to your daily rate. Be prepared to stand in line for coffee, as they only had one coffee maker, that fixed one cup at a time. Overall, a decent place to stay at a reasonable rate compared to other hotels in the area. I would definitely stay there again.

It's not our 1st visit and definitely not our last. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Check-in is really easy, and the bag drop really helps if you are arriving early. Rooms are clean and tidy with good basic facilities. Breakfast is hassle free.

Excellent location and lovely big rooms. Comfy beds and a decent breakfast as expected from a Premier Inn. Right next to the London Eye so it’s signposted from all the tube and train stations which is handy! Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was very good. Rooms are nice to stay in cleanliness is good. Can say breakfast was good than Waldorf hotel in London. Staff was really good. Three star only because reception staff refused heavily pregnant women bathroom access. Disabled people and pregnant women if a hotel. refuse them toilet access. It’s very bad and unprofessional
