Good location, calm environment

I really enjoyed my experience at The Morrow! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. My room was Beautiful with no issues and was very clean. Overall, the hotel itself is Beautiful. I wish they would have more of a variety for food choices but at the moment there is only one main French restaurant to dine at. However, a rooftop bar and lounge should be opening in the summer which will definitely draw more attention.

At Noma, the subway is right next door which is very convenient, and there is a large outdoor bicycle clothing store opposite, which is great!

The location is OK, next to the subway station, but it's a bit noisy. But I asked the front desk for slippers and waited for a long time but they didn't deliver them.

I should be able to give it full marks. The service is very good and there is no dissatisfaction. The subway station and the train station are right outside the door, which is very convenient. The service staff are very responsive and really good. Compared with the United States, where the service quality is uneven and the hotel asks for tips, the service of this hotel is simply a benchmark!

Next to the subway station, transportation is convenient. But it’s too noisy next to the railway tracks at night, and the waiter service at dinner needs to be improved. I’m impatient even if I ask for a hot water kettle. It’s worth considering.
