Rooms are always nice and clean

When I checked in, the front desk said that the room I booked through Ctrip could only stay on the first floor, not the second or third floor. But the rooms on the first floor only had one bed, but I specified two beds when booking. The front desk lady couldn't decide, so she found her manager and said the same thing. I asked the manager to call and ask. After many arguments, I was finally given a two-bed room on the second floor. In fact, the hotel's occupancy rate that day was very low. , there are only a few guests, I don’t understand why they are so stubborn. And the facilities in the room are very shabby. I will definitely not stay at this anti-shop again next time.

The soundproofing is too poor. I could hear the people next door talking loudly and it was very noisy.
