The stay was overall very good. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the reception staff were helpful and courteous. However, the shower bracket was broken, which caused the shower head to shift angles unpredictably due to water pressure. As a result, water sprayed outside the shower area and left the bathroom floor soaked. Aside from this issue, the experience was positive.

Good location, in a quiet area despite being close to the center of Vigo, in short it positively exceeded my expectations.

I don't recommend it to anyone unless there is nothing else. I went with my girlfriend and asked for a double bed, but they ignored it, even though there were beds available. There was a water leak in the shower, which filled the bathroom floor with water every time we used it. The walls were all scratched, electrical cables were visible. When talking to the receptionist called “Emilio”, about all these problems and after checking them himself, he still had the nerve to ask me: - what do you want me to do with you? a person not at all concerned about the image of “AldaHotels”, which completely tarnishes the hotel’s image.

Very good, only complaint: lack of air conditioning in the room

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the comfort, it's not like the photos, the room had no ventilation, the fan barely worked, it was very small, the shower barely dripped water and the window faces a moat 🤦🏾♀️

The water was warm and the room was clean.

The hotel is very well located, very close to the train and bus station.

The bathroom smelled very bad and the neighbors were very noisy but the rest was very good. Very friendly employees.

Como consequência, é necessário manter as janelas abertas para tentar refrescar o ambiente, mas isso traz outros inconvenientes: bastante barulho vindo de outros quartos e cheiros desagradáveis, especialmente de quem fuma, que acabam por entrar no quarto. Pela positiva, destaco a simpatia do pessoal, a boa limpeza do quarto, um pequeno-almoço razoável e a excelente localização. A perfect location from which to explore Vigo town centre and the surrounding countryside. Easy access to buses, trains and the Vigo airport. The hotel is unpretentious. Rooms are impeccably clean, comfortable beds, and free wifi. Good quality breakfast, and free parking. The staff are welcomingly cheerful and efficient.
