Find 4-Star Hotels in Vientiane

A Chinese hotel along a street lined with Chinese hotels. The staff might not speak English. However, they are all very attentive. The food is also delicious.

After looking at hotels in Vientiane, most of them had bad reviews. So I chose this one. I didn't expect that I made the right choice. The service was very good. I arrived at the hotel at around 8 o'clock in the morning. Normally, check-in is at 14:00 in the afternoon. But they gave me a room and checked me in directly. They also told me that I could have breakfast. The front desk spoke Chinese. Communication was also very convenient. The price and service are considered to be a cost-effective hotel. I say this because of the comprehensive evaluation. Although Vientiane is the capital, it is too shabby. After all, Laos is the poorest country in Asia. It is one of the least developed countries in the world!

The living room, bathroom, guest room, and balcony are all separate. The space is very large. I would especially like to mention that the balcony is super large. Although there was a small incident, the hotel was able to solve the problem as soon as possible.

The room was very clean. But there may be problems with the storage of bed sheets and pillow bags or insufficient mosquito control. Every time after cleaning the room, there are always 3-4 live mosquitoes on the bed sheets, which have to be killed again every time. There are often mosquitoes flying around in the elevator and lobby. I hope the mosquito control can be done more effectively. The lady in the lobby is pretty and friendly and can communicate in Chinese. The water in the bathroom is hot enough to take a 30 minute shower. The soundproofing is a bit poor, but it does not affect sleep. Arrive at the airport and call the hotel for a pick-up, which can be arranged immediately and arrive in 10 minutes. The overall experience is good.

I went on a business trip and saw this hotel on the Internet. I accidentally ordered it and thought about trying it out. After checking in, everything was very good. The service of the front desk lady was very good, the room was also very new, the check-in was very fast, and the bedding was very new and soft. I also met a fellow villager, not bad. Recommended to stay 👍

Not sure if it is the most budget friendly or not but it comes with a kitchen and a working desk with an office chair. Which for a business traveller is a plus. For the toilet it is alright, but for the bidets fanclubs out there, you guy will be disappointed. Overall experience is awesome, great location, friendly staff, great breakfast.

This time I booked three nights and extended it by one night, so I stayed for four nights. The room facilities this time are old and much worse than last year. The service is very good, and breakfast is the same every day, fried dough sticks, porridge and eggs

It’s a great bang for your buck this hotel is! Communication is a breeze, and the free airport pickup and transfer to the railway station are just fantastic perks. I messaged them for a pickup as I landed super early, around 7:30 am, and guess what? The driver was already there waiting for me. Talk about service! The room was spotless and really cozy—I slept like a baby during my stay. Since the hotel is pretty new, they’re still getting things up and running. For example, the free breakfast ran out quickly because of a big tour group. But no worries, Manager Chan was on it! He quickly whipped up some dumplings for the individual guests like me. How awesome is that? The front desk staff might struggle a bit with English or Chinese, but they’re super eager to help. Google Translate can be a lifesaver here. The driver, on the other hand, speaks fluent Chinese. He even offered his WeChat, so you can chat with him in Mandarin easily. One of my favorite spots was the lobby. Manager Chen often makes tea for himself and invites guests to join in. He’s so friendly and generous with his time. I learned so much about Laos and its culture just by chatting with him. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit out of the city center and since it’s new, Google Maps isn’t quite up to date. This can make it a bit tricky for ride-hailing apps to find the place. A few little extras like a hair dryer, a city map, and some tour information would be great additions for travelers. But overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay! ---

The location is excellent close to many eating places and the night market and riverfront. It’s on a fairly quiet street and the hotel is very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are large at 45sqm and the staff are very accommodating with timely house keeping services. While the breakfast selection is not large there is a mix of western and Asian selections and sufficient for all palates. The hotel feels like someone’s French villa as it has a very cosy atmosphere which gives it its charm and makes it distinctive from all the modern day hotels. While the fixtures may seem a bit dated it is very clean and it provides all the amenities you need and I love the fact that it has a balcony attached to each room so you can sit outside and relax.

Our go to hotel! Close to everything we need that is walking distance. The breakfast is always great. The price has gone up a little, but the value for the price is still there. Will book again.
