I never stayed in this hotel and they refused to give me money back even though I had to go to my father's funeral. Bad attitude

Staff were helpful. I did a clothes wash there and it was late coming back to me, but a staff member went out personally to get it which was very kind.

It's right behind the night market. Great location, friendly and quiet at night. However, there is no elevator, so please give me the 4th floor... I only had one backpack, so it was fine, but if you have a heavy carrier... It seems difficult and dangerous.

I highly recommend this small, family-run hotel, located directly across from a beautiful temple, yet also in the heart of the action. The hotel also has a cage downstairs where you can order your breakfast a la carte in the morning. You can then enjoy it right in front of the Sunbeam Hotel across from the temple. I'd also happily stop by for a beer or two in the evening. I'll be back next time. Everyone is very friendly, and there are quite a few young Asian guests. The only negative aspect: the stairwell is very echoey, so you'll be spoiled for sleep by the approaching cleaning staff and guests checking out from 7:30/8:00 a.m. onwards. But then again, 8:00 a.m. isn't too early... all in all, full marks for this very reasonable price. Approximately 220,000 kip per night in June 2020.
