My best mistake ever on Laos I do booking this worst hotel absolutely the worst hotel ever that I have stayed in Lao's room it’s fully mosquito also next building construction very loud noise started early morning it’s so annoying doors it’s not properly closed I stay 6 days they’re never cleaned my room HIGHLY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL STAY AWAY !

i stay two nights. firat night room is acceptable but very unexpected about the room condition. below my expectations for the similar price. my second night even worst, Aircon no cool at all, broken sound Aircon. got a wall fan but very slow. very very slow. overnight sleeping better don't use quilt. the body will sweat like you doing cardio. the toilet is worst, the water has nowhere to go. really the floor has no drainage hole. this hotel is my first experience booking with trip.com. i never encountered such bae experience when i booked via other platform pr apps. my regular app before trying with trip was agoda. seems trip gave me bad start here. let see how my next hotel situation. one more thing, even the driver who supposed to pick me up for my train to china late 30 minutes. causing me unable to book my ticket for the day. forcing me stay another day in laos. the next day i book myself the driver. no more depending on hotel.

The location is very good. Very close to the night street food market. You can reach the busy streets right away. The night market can also be reached within 10 minutes on foot. Hotel rooms have no windows and are not well ventilated. The refrigerator also had a bad smell of durian. It's a cheap but decent hotel.

The only upside is the location. Initial room allocated was hot as the aircond was not working well. The next day I requested for change of room and was as equally bad. Aircond was dirty and so was the wall fan. It showed the lack of commitment from the owner of the hotel. Corridor of 3rd floor wall has water marks and paint was peeling. There was construction going on next door so be warned of construction noise.

The location is great, but everything else is not so good: the audibility, the constant hum of all the equipment, old repairs and furniture. Even the towels were not the first freshness

It is conveniently located on the tourist street and they also provide a simple breakfast. However, when I checked in, I was shocked when they gave me a smaller and worse room (no window, twin bed, smaller size) than the room I had booked (window, balcony, double bed, economy room). When I asked for the room I had booked, they lied. When I asked for a refund, they only then gave me the original room key. I had already used this hotel 3 times before, so I knew about it and booked it… I was a little disappointed.
