Convenient place to stay near CBD. Smooth solution for international travelers.

Terrible service, very smelly and dirty. Poorly maintained rooms, lack of maintenance. I do not recommend it

Though the employees didn’t speak English they were extremely helpful. They helped me get my luggage to my room and put on the air conditioning as I didn’t know how. Cleaning staff were really kind and gave me extra water when they saw I was running out.

Room was clean and tidy. 👍 I could not sleep cause of outside noise everything was clearly heard😔. Be sure to take some lotion against mosquitoes. 👌

The lady at the reception was not at all helpful and breakfast was very ordinary.

The hotel was affordable and comparing with the price it’s nice hotel. staffs are very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast type,was limited for example there was no bread/jam/eggs(scramble)

I dare not say that I have been a soldier for half my life, but I feel that my youth has passed away in stumbling. When people reach middle age, they don't seek wealth and glory, nor do they seek fine clothes and delicious food. They just want a plain and healthy life. Vienna gave me the feeling of home, just like a young man in white riding a horse, waiting for the return of the smoke from the cooking stove.

I booked a hotel for a friend. I have stayed at Vienna International in other cities and it was pretty good. This hotel can be said to be the worst hotel I have booked on Ctrip so far. The facilities are old, the hygiene is not so good, and the service attitude is not good. I inquired about the benefits offered by Ctrip to upgrade the room type and delay check-out. The front desk tried to save trouble and refused to handle it. It was obvious that check-out was delayed until 14:00. After 11 o'clock, the cleaning lady knocked on the door to urge check-out.
