Cheap , clean , good service it's the best hotel you can find in Copenhagen with this money

Good location, but noise all the time, cleanliness also poor smell from bed sheet was annoying. Very expensive with these facilities no amneties no toilets in the room

Excellent location, extremely close to central train station. No lifts. No air-con.

Good bargain quality price. Pretty close to train station so convenient to roam around and explore the city. No elevator which may be a nuisance to some, and they charge to keep your luggage before/ater check out

Nice quiet Place for elders,youth and families. No elevator be aware. (Note for elders)

The room was fine and clean, the hotel is right beside hovedbanegården which is a great location for exploring Copenhagen

We had a lovely stay at hotel saga. The location was perfect right near the city centre. Very clean and the staff were friendly

The worst place that l've ever had!! The bed sheet is very dusty and there is no lift so it's not friendly for who're carrying big luggage! And there is only fan in the room so another worst things during summer & If you're check-in before 2pm you will need to place the luggage at the locker cost (small DKK30 big DKK40) and you need to carry your luggage to basement through the stairs again! NO SURE HOW THEY HAVE ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS

This hotel was placed perfectly in Copenhagen, right next to the train station and just a short walk away from the town centre. Had comfy beds and clean room… didn’t have an elevator which wasn’t a problem but made the 4 floor walk very long!

Room are small and narrow corridor, good location tho, good for family trips and solo trip
