M Tamura and Takara ( hope I did get the correct name) was very helpful when we checked in on 23 June. Room is cleaned and the hotel is very near and accessible to Shinsaibashi and Dontonburi. Highly recommended.

The moment we enter to our room smells so horrible and dirty, with the extra cockroach to,we went to the reception right away to cancel our 14days booking, but the hotel they don’t allow it. We don’t have a choice but to continue our fully paid accommodation. They transfer us to other room, but still it’s dirty. Staff most of them are not friendly. Housekeeping they are not really clean at all, we ask to change our beddings , but it seems like they don’t wash the bedsheets , we don’t want to stress ourselves on this hotel. We finish our 14 days of stay, unhappy guests here. The nice thing about this hotel is the location, only 1 minute of walk to Dotombori.

Its all about location. Great stay except for few minor hiccups like the hotel is really dark. Lighting is very poor.

The hotel is new, clean and well situated. The best part is it has a family mart across the street and lots of eatery/ramen/izakaya patronised by locals around the hotel which you can find them easily on Google Map. Nothing to complain except the corridor is a little dark.

We stayed in a triple room. Overall, the room is clean and the beds are comfortable. Initially we were given a room with the carpet isn’t properly fixed to the floor, a hanging phone isn’t properly fixed to the wall and a toilet with malfunction bidet. We reported the issues to the reception and requested for a room change. They promptly attended to our request and arranged another room for us. The room is equipped with 2-in-1 washer & dryer and it is very convenient for us to do laundry. We will revisit this hotel if we go back to Osaka again.

Third time staying in this hotel. Very convenient & walking distance to Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori but still clean. Family Mart downstairs. Everything is lovely in this hotel!!

It was a pleasant stay. We took a triple bed room (Queen + 2 Single Beds) as we have a young adult child. Room has washing machine cum dryer which was very convenient for us. Toilet has a main door that leads to separate WC and shower area, both with doors. Toothbrush, comb, bath salt (there’s bathtub for my room) and even body towel is provided. The hotel has choice of limited housekeeping or full housekeeping but the catch is, you have to indicate before 11am. The hotel has a dark theme which is cool but will appreciate if the rooms have brighter lights or even dimmer so we can choose the intensity of the brightness required. Even the toilet is dim warm white, unable to put on makeup properly. There’s pool table on the second floor for some fun family time. Note that Accor members are unable to clock in nights if they book via Trip.com

Great location in the heart of the city centre Shinsaibashisuji, walkable distance to attractions such as dontobori. Easy to get around without any hassle . An enchanted nature + vintage theme interior hotel , it’s looks nice in the night with lighting on for photography . Room is spacious. Cleanliness of rooms is up to standard. Average buffet style breakfast. Cons: Hotel lobby toilet cleanliness Insufficient lighting in room and too dim especially mirror areas

Conveniently located close to Dotonburi and 3 metro stations. The room is nice. However, the bathroom is really small with a microscopic sink, which usage will splatter water all over.

5 stars for the location. Very easy to find. 5 minutes by walk to Daimaru department store. The only thing that we don’t really like is the lighting here is to dimming.
