Business Hotels in Vientiane

It's far away from city centre but with beautiful view of Mekong and free shuttle car to centre. Hotel is huge and rooms are spacious. Staff is kind and professional. Breakfast is not continental style... not even available a cappuccino or espresso coffee.

I was disappointed with this property. I booked a 2-bedroom unit, and my biggest complaint was the many mosquitoes in the room when we checked-in and although we tried smashing them all between our clapping hands, more continued showing up during our 4-day stay even though we kept the doors and windows closed. We were also greeted with a dirty rag on the bathroom counter that a housekeeper had left and a half-full water bottle on the balcony with a cigarette bud floating in it. The washing machine in the room was disgusting… black mold growing all over the rubber door gasket, and it smelled terrible. The room's safety box stopped working, so a hotel engineer unbolted the old box and replaced it with another one. The next day, the replacement safety box would not open, and the engineer could not find the physical key that is used to open the box when the electronic mechanism stops working, so they had to physically destroy the box door with a hammer, chisel, and hacksaw blade to retrieve my valuables. Lastly, the beds were too hard and the wi-fi was unreliable and very slow. There was no effort by hotel management to apologize for these problems and I will not be returning.

I was happy with my stay there. Very friendly and well trained staff. Everything was fine.

Good business hotel, ok location. But you need a transportation to move around as the hotel transportation is higher than the local standard. No Grubhub nor Uber. Nice spacious room w a shower (trip.com stare “no private bath” I was worried but it meant “no bath tub”. Nice pool on the 5th floor w jets (staff will start when any guests are in the pool”. Very helpful staff, nice breakfast. Cons are: if you take a shower on 5th, entire floor will be wet ….. design error I guess.

I have used this hotel. It's a little far from the center, but there are electric bike rentals. It is close to the Thai Embassy. There are many local restaurants in the area. The staff is very friendly and the service is very good, they even changed my room. 私はこのホテルを利用しました。 中心地から少し離れてるが、電気バイクのレンタルがあります。タイ大使館へは近いです。 周辺には、ローカルなレストランがたくさんあります。 スタッフはとても親切で、サービスがとても良く、部屋も変えてくれました。

Cleanliness: Generally very clean room. Not sure when it’s opened but looks like everything is new and nice. Room size: Quite a bit space including a desk. Staff: Super friendly and helpful. Food: Hotel restaurant has great food with cheaper prices. Initially I didn’t book breakfast but their $5 breakfast was definitely worth the money. There are not many options around. Amenities: There’s a nice pool although I didn’t have time to use. Would be great in hot days. Can also ride a bike for $2 per day. Location: It’s out of the city in a quiet area. It wasn’t a problem for me as I was looking for a quiet place for good sleep, but the location might be problem if you want to be in the city center with many restaurant options. They have free shuttle bus twice a day at 6 & 7 pm. Alternatively can bike under 10 mins. Haven’t tried but I’m sure they’ll be happy to help if taxi or tuktuk is requested. Overall: Considering the price, it was a great stay for me.

I heard that the hotel owner is Chinese. The facilities and services are similar to those of the domestic all-seasons. Although the location is not in the downtown area, it is very convenient to take a taxi. The hotel breakfast is also very delicious and suitable for Chinese stomachs

In Vientiane, it is a very good hotel, safe and reliable. You can pay with WeChat. You can also exchange Lao currency. The breakfast is also good, with my favorite fried rice noodles, porridge, fried rice, vegetables and bread, which is pretty good. There are various Chinese restaurants on the next street, which is suitable for my Chinese stomach. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, but it’s a perfect score anyway

Large, decent room with a beautiful view of the Mekong. But a mattress as hard as a plank of wood, air conditioning barely working, dark lighting with 5W bulbs, the lack of hot water in the bathroom, and the loud noise from the road below made my 14 days stay unpleasant. This was reinforced by very, very basic food, always the same at each meal, with poor quality products (tasteless meat, sometimes giving the impression of eating cardboard). Don't hope to have any reduction, or gift, even small. I broke a glass and I was asked to pay 6 $ to replace it (the real cost is 0,8$). However, at the same time, I paid 910$ for my stay. I was there in a particular context, since I did about forty when I entered Laos. So my comments on the food do not relate to the restaurants at this hotel. But this is a hotel that I would not go back to and that I do not recommend
