The worst Rosewood experience I ever had. Highly do not recommended this place. (You will thank me later ) Toilet Cover with urine stains with some funky smells. called the manager and told us they can’t do nothing about it. Not even trying to clean up again in front of us. Telephone won’t work, set a time for the engine to come, but never show up, no notes no nothing no one care. Never refilled coffee or tea in the room. (Even you asked still something are missing)  Staff at the Breakfast provided such a cold service. except two male waiter they’re really cool and professional.

Great hotel to stay in vienna

Rosewood Hotel is really a 5 star hotel! The staff was really friendly. Service was fantastic! Best location to tourist attractions. Five minutes to the underground. Very convenient if you want to use the train station. I will come back to this fantastic hotel again and again.

Lovely place

Beautiful new hotel, the hardware is great, the software is not so good. We chose to travel to Vienna before Christmas in the peak season, the price was more than 7,000 without breakfast. When we checked in, the white woman at the front desk arranged an accessible room without being informed. It was inconvenient in various ways. We asked to change the room, but they said there was no room. They also said that we got a large room for free, implying that I should be content. I asked Ctrip to help us deal with it, and the next day I packed my luggage and changed to a room that was said to be upgraded. When I left, I applied for a late check-out. Please arrange someone at the front desk to help me take the luggage, because there is a section of stairs to take the elevator downstairs, and my shoulders and waist were injured and I couldn’t exert too much force. As a result, the same white woman arranged it after we waited for 20 minutes and contacted three times. When we checked out and called a car to go to the train station, the train was one minute away from leaving, so we had to spend more than 300 euros to buy a new ticket to Prague. The train ticket we booked before was also invalid and could not be refunded due to timeout. I gave this white woman a tip when she took us to the room for the first time. Later, I asked Ctrip to help complain, and the hotel replied that I should arrange unpredictable delays reasonably in the future. I could only laugh. If I have the chance to go to Vienna again in the future, I will choose the reliable Mandarin Oriental. Mandarin Oriental Vienna opened 25 years ago. From the service point of view, whether in China or abroad, Mandarin Oriental's service has never disappointed me.

The room was very clean and in a great location. The window faced the top of the cathedral. The breakfast was rich and good. Everything was good.

There is nothing much to say about the environment. It is a small hotel. The restaurant on the roof is very good. Breakfast is ala cart. There is no swimming pool. The cleaning is average. The most important thing is that the doorman is a bit racist. Every time I enter the door, I can hear him speaking Chinese. I don't know what he is mumbling. It's a bit annoying. It feels a bit not worth it, but overall it is still high-end

The location is very good, in the heart of the city. The lobby is on the first floor, the entrance is on the 0th floor, and there are two doors, front and back, and there are commercial and historic sites outside. The room meets the standards of this level of hotel.

We were given a loft room on the day we went there, but we didn't like it. Then we were given a barrier-free room, which was very dirty. We asked Ctrip to communicate with them for a long time, but the hotel staff still didn't agree to give us a normal king-size bed room. The location is very good, and the business district is just outside the door, but I won't stay there again.

The hotel is gorgeous. Wonderful location, in the 1st district, very close to the main attractions and shops. Restaurant with panoramic views of the rooftops of Vienna. Very beautiful. Delicious. Breakfast is also very tasty, large selection. The room is spacious, there are a lot of details and interior items, good cosmetics. The service is simply top. They all tried so hard to make our stay comfortable. It couldn't be better

The last stop of the German-Austrian trip was Vienna. In order to facilitate the city walk, I chose Rosewood in the city center. The service here is as thoughtful as always, but the key point is the excellent location, right next to Hermes, hahahaha, it is so convenient for shopping and eating! The hotel room is also spacious, but the view is limited!
