Good location, near Nguyen Tat Thanh Square, Quy Nhơn University, Night Market, Beach. Staffs are friendly, furniture is so nice, too. Will come again

I had a bad experience at this hotel. 1. Booked a room, good in the photo. In fact, they gave me a room on the first floor next to the reception and right next to the elevator. This is a joke, not a room, this room should not even be used as a guest room in a hotel. If you open the curtains, you can see the trash can and the passers-by on the street. It was the first time in my life that I came across such a number, although I travel often. It was possible to change this number only with an additional payment. The room, which with an extra charge, is satisfactory, you can spend the night. 2) We arrived at the hotel after a long journey, tired. As I always do in all hotels, I showed him a photo of my passport. The hotel employee was unable to take a passport photo from his phone, he asked me to send it to Zalo, I tried for 10 minutes to send him the photo, and finally sent it. As soon as he received the passport photo he asked me to show my visa... If you need to look at a visa, why not tell me about it right away, but instead have to wait while I’m tired and trying to send a photo for 10 minutes? The passport was at the bottom of the bag, I had to take it out. But you could have said right away that you wanted to see your passport, why watch me for 10 minutes trying to send a photo…. 3) I parked my motorcycle in the hotel parking lot, parking on the street. This morning my motorcycle was covered in bird poop. Thanks to the girls at the reception for at least giving me some napkins to wipe down the motorcycle. The result of my stay: I am very dissatisfied, I rarely write reviews and this is my first negative review. I am so disappointed with my stay at this hotel.

The reservation included a room with a balcony, but this hotel does not have balconies at all; apparently, a balcony meant a panoramic window. The room is small but cozy, has everything you need. Iron, safe, hairdryer, air conditioning, bath amenities. The location is convenient

The hotel is near the beach so it is very cool, has a clear sea view and brings a fresh feeling. My whole group went so I felt this was a very reasonable choice. The room is carefully prepared and clean. Like the decoration of the restaurant space, delicious hot food, suitable for taste. A great suggestion for everyone about Mira Hotel!!!!!
