The room was reasonable, and the breakfast didn’t have much variety but the location was great for someone that likes to walk around to visit!

It is located in a quiet area in the city center, with very convenient transportation. Take the airport bus from the airport to the city terminal. Dumpy, old hotel but has an excellent location, fairly inexpensive. Limited breakfast entrees. Reminded me of a hotel in the Cass Corridor of Detriot that smelled of "old". Staff were very nice and extremely helpful despite not much English spoken.

Hotel great, staff friendly. Never stayed here before but would return. The location is great, so much to do, beach is lovely. The Pirate show is just OUTSTANDING! The highlight of the holiday by far. We loved the restaurants on the sea front. Especially the olive tree. Easy to travel won’t TUI. Lilly and Diana were lovely reps full of great advice.

Hotel with easy access to the best tourist attractions in the city of Santiago. When we don't walk, it's an easy location for Uber and an affordable price, as it's located in the city center. Heater in the room. Very good Wi-Fi. Simple breakfast, but table set with juices, hot drinks, bread, muffins, yogurt, cereal, eggs and jam. We liked it a lot. Breakfast available for tours leaving early in the morning. Well heated water. The only thing we missed was a minibar, to improve the comfort of our stay. We loved the experience at the hotel. Congratulations on the work!

I thought the price of the hotel was very good and I knew the location because it was my fifth time in Santiago. The hotel was a pleasant surprise because in addition to being well located, the staff are very helpful, attentive and friendly. I loved the hotel set in every way, it is a very acceptable hotel at a super price, it also offers breakfast included in the price, it is an American buffet breakfast with warm and super delicious bread, cheese, coffee, cold cuts, eggs, really enjoy it. The attention at the reception is great, my full appreciation and gratitude, they offer you a breakfast box for those days when you leave on tour very early. The hotel looks nothing like the photos. Just as a tourist says, this gallery seems abandoned, we arrived at midnight and it was closed but a man came to open the door for us. We went up a dirty and dark elevator to a 4th floor where the hotel is. Dirty, dark reception. They gave us the key and we had to go down one floor by stairs because there was no elevator. The stairs, the filthy hallways worthy of a horror movie. The impossible room. The beds were in poor condition, the furniture was old, there was only one standing fan in each room, the windows and carpets showed that they had not been cleaned since the inauguration. Revisaré personalmente el caso de su habitación con el equipo de housekeeping para asegurarnos de que esté en optimas condiciones. Adicionalmente, le comento que todos nuestros recepcionistas estarán siempre dispuestos a ayudar con las maletas ya que contamos con un ascensor de carga especial para estos efectos.
