We got upgraded to an executive room located at the ground floor which is excellent for us due to the large luggage travelling along or we might need to carry through the stairs. The breakfast was the greatest throughout our stay in England. Staff is friendly. It’s an old English hotel a little old but the experience is superb. Situated in the heart of the small beautiful old English town. Love it.

Excellent location. The bus stop for buses to Burton on the water, stow on the wold and Stratford upon Avon is just one-minute walk. They are the only hotel which I stay in the UK provides slippers! And I love their heated towel racks! Room for improvement: One lady taking breakfast order is not friendly or helpful. And the food they served was a bit salty for me. But taste was personal. My partner says he likes their English breakfast.

We loved our stay, the place was clean and the housekeeping was splendid. The staff were warm and welcoming too. Loved our stay! The breakfast was also top notch. We had eggs Ben and English breakfast, loved it thet it came with a black pudding

The room is very nicely decorated, and there is a radio playing classical music. The breakfast in the restaurant is also great. The transportation is very convenient, and it is very close to the train station and bus station. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the rooms are also great, the front desk service is very good, the hotel is in a good location, very close to the station, very convenient for travel, and the restaurant is also good. Five-star praise, highly recommended!

The hotel environment is good, the breakfast is average, but you need to rent a car to travel around.
