Bed service of front desk Room window will not open faces to back street construction site very bad!!!!

The facilities were limited. Slippers and water were not provided even though we requested them. Not even tea or coffee bags were left in the room, which reduced the score.

Very nice hotel! The location is excellent. There is a train station and subway 500 meters away. The front desk staff is very friendly. Free drinking water and apples are provided at the front desk every day. The room is a bit small, but clean and tidy. It is a very comfortable stay☺️☺️☺️

Stayed in this hotel for 3 consecutive days, very good, there are good Japanese restaurants around, not far from the station. The layout of the hotel is very careful, and there are fresh pink roses on the breakfast table.

With one maid who cleans A female server wearing glasses during breakfast in the morning, etc. Only 2 people were friendly. Even if the desk responds with a smile As an Asian, my expression completely changed when I inquired. Not friendly to Asians. The room is small for the price and I booked for 2 people. There was only one sofa, which was inconvenient. Disappointed for the price as the facilities are outdated.
