Good in general except that the room is noisy next to the road

There is storage facility and also downstairs washing machine and dryer. Very close to train station , not very far from underground station too . Downside there isn’t any salts or oven or oil for cooking .

The location of the place is quite convenient and close to Metro lines, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. The apartment has sufficient amenities complete with kitchen utensils, a laundry room, etc. The floor is a bit dirty and need to wear room slippers all the time. The AC remote does not have instructions that it won’t work if the windows are open. I can’t find it in the check-in email or their website. I was not able to contact the team via phone as my roaming plan does not cover voice call.

Jimmy’s place is absolutely clean and very convenient because public transportation is very close to and supermarket is very close as well. Moreover , they have washer and dryer. It helped us a lot.

Overall it was good, the apartment is very spacious and provides many amenities, kitchen pantry was well equipped, with dishwasher and microwave. The bedroom was also spacious, although the room was a bit dim. The place was tidy, however the trash bin was full when we checked in which made the apartment smell a bit. The fridge also had a weird smell. Apart from that, the rest of the place was great and comfortable. Location was alright, not too far away from city centre. We had a bad experience with taking the trains at the closest train station, but there is also a tram station and bus station around 5 minutes away, so it was fine.

We were assigned a room at the first floor, no sunshine, dark and humid, particularly the bath room. The water pot is too dirty to use. Even though they provide an extra double bed and said the room can accommodate four people, the extra bed is a sofa bed, and very uncomfortable for sleep. The accommodation is a bit far from the station.

Great apartment. We’re very satisfied with all the facilities. Very clean. The kitchen was great. Located near train station. There is a supermarket next to the station. We heavily recommend this apart for your trip in Vienna.

According to the hotel’s policy we must leave the room before 11:00am the last day. However, around 9:00am a housekeeper opened the room and asked me when we would leave? I was shocked! I don’t think it’s a correct behavior! But the room itself is comfortable. And it’s not far away from subway station. I suggest that the housekeeper should be trained again!

Please note that pull out couch doesn't leve, you have to improvise to make it even.

Nice modern clean silent and huge

It's actually quite remote, but it's very convenient to get to the airport. The subway and train both take about 10 minutes to walk. The neighborhood is very lively, with a lot of supermarkets and restaurants at the subway entrance. You can store your luggage for free by yourself, which is good, but you have to ask for the hotel's four-piece set password, otherwise I and a guy stared at each other at the door for a long time that day. I couldn't get into the apartment building and couldn't store my luggage. The room is fully equipped, with a refrigerator, microwave, and induction cooker, so it's okay to cook by yourself. The price-performance ratio is very high, the overall cleanliness is very quiet, and it's good to get used to everything being self-service. Give it five stars, it would be perfect if you can give the apartment password in advance.

The most frustrating thing is that even though I arrived in front of the hotel on the day of arrival, they did not send me the entrance number and room number password by email, so I had to use an international phone call 3 or 4 times for a long time and then write it down over the phone and use it. The dishes in the room smelled like water. After many twists and turns, I washed them thoroughly and used them... One line review... Never use this place. They did not send me an email until the day of check-out... What is the reason... Even though I entered the check-in information in advance...

The structure is quite good, the cleanliness of the apartment was not exceptional especially the kitchen and terrace the rest of the house like bathroom and bedroom good, the location is not optimal but fantastic price, quiet and silent neighborhood, slept very well

The location is very good, about 8 minutes from the U3 line and 3 minutes from the airport S7 line. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel has a comfortable design and complete facilities.
