Great atmosphere, helpful & friendly staffs. Really enjoyed my stay.

I couldn’t be happier during my three nights of stay at the Intercontinental Vienna. I was given an early check in upon arrival after a tiring long haul flight. The front desk staff was so warm and helpful, giving me all the tips to browse the city area. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better as the Metro station is directly opposite to the hotel entrance. The breakfast was awesome with good quality food which fed me so well that I didn’t need a meal for the day until later in the afternoon. I want to specially mention the nicest staff at its bar who not only provided excellent service but showed their warmth and care to their customers. During Xmas day, after my dinner at the bar, one of the staff kindly ran to the life to give me a plate of chocolate biscuits to wish me a merry Christmas. I was so touched and want to use here to express my thanks to them and to that particular staff. I wish I had his name ! Overall, I throughly enjoyed my stay there and will not hesitate to come back if I ever visit Vienna. It is the most value for money place I have stayed.

Very classy hotel but kind of old, they definitely need renovations Perfect view of beautiful park

The hotel is really ild and need a serious renovation, also not very clean but the service and the amenities was good.

This is more of a building issue, the noise from neighbours was easily heard and does affect sleep esp for light sleeper. The service level from staff are above average.

Old hotel. Good location. Friendly and helpful concierge staffs.

The room is relatively small. After unfolding a 26-inch suitcase, it seems very crowded. The layout of the bathroom bathtub, toilet and washbasin is also very crowded. There is no floor drain on the bathroom floor. When showering, water will splash out and form water accumulation. The floor will be slippery. Pay attention to safety. The hotel does not have disposable toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs, but shower gel and shampoo are easy to use. The hotel has a parking lot, 35 euros/24 hours. The hotel has a sense of age and a very good location. It is next to the old town of Vienna. There is a park downstairs. It is very friendly to friends who like city walks; across the road is the U4 subway line, which can go directly to Schönbrunn Palace. The convenience of commuting can add a lot of points to the journey.

The surrounding facilities are complete, and it is very convenient to visit attractions, shopping and dining within a 15-minute walk~

Very good hotel, from the concierge at the entrance to the front desk to check in, they are very warm and even gave two chocolates. The windows in the room are also very cute, and the curtains are very warm. If you want to buy a cruise ticket, you can do it at the tourist counter next to the front desk on the first floor, which is very convenient! It is also close to walk to the Golden Hall to listen to concerts. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the pedestrian street.

The room is quite big, the food is good, and it's close to the city, so it's convenient to go anywhere, especially to concerts, which are just a few steps away. The room is quite comfortable, it feels really good!

The room size is OK, the facilities are old, but there is basically no service to speak of, which is really a big difference. Fortunately, we only stayed for one night.

It's hard to describe in one sentence... This price and this location should be considered when booking The transportation is very convenient. There is a subway entrance across the street from the hotel. It takes only half an hour to walk to the city center But but... The hotel facilities are too old The elevator is older than my mother (this does not affect it) The overall facilities in the room are relatively old, especially the facilities in the bathroom, which will give people a dirty feeling, but it is not that they are not cleaned well The service is still OK. We arrived at around 12 noon and did not mention early check-in. The front desk directly checked us in There were many people at breakfast, which was a bit chaotic. Coffee was not asked for or poured. The food was satisfactory Overall, it is not as good as the InterContinental in Prague

The room is so exquisite, European style, the lighting in the lobby is amazing, the coffee and desserts are also yummy, and the gym is also great! The only thing is that the breakfast variety is too small. There is no free water in the room?
