It was simply an excellent experience - great customer service and great facilities. Comfortable and stylish lodging!

Nice restaurant sits in the middle of the hotel and is essentially the lobby but as hotel guests you cannot even get a reservation if you want to because it’s so popular. Rooms are not serviced during the stay and there is no coffee not even instant in the room. There is a record player in the room which seems like a nice touch but it was broken. There seems to be a movie theatre and game room in the hotel basement but they were closed and not operational during stay.

I was denied check in and had to move to a different hotel at 12 midnight. They paid for the cab to next hotel though, a silver lining. The new hotel also denied check in as the people at Max brown did not convey to them beforehand a d had to wait more than an hour at 12 midnight for a successful check in. Absolutely bad service.

We reserved rooms as two families at the Hotel Max Brown. When we arrived, our room was not ready. We left all our details, including our phone number, at the reception. The person at the reception said we could have coffee in the breakfast room, which we took as an invitation. We drank our coffee, but my brother took a bread and some cheese. Later, the waitress told us we had to pay for the coffees and a breakfast. We thought the coffee was free, but the waitress brought us a bill for 41 euros, although she said she would ask. Since we were staying at the hotel, my brother's wife signed the receipt with her name and surname. This all happened at 10 a.m. We got back to the hotel around 3 p.m., checked in, and went back outside. When we got back to our room at 11 p.m. at night and wanted to go to our room, the key for my room 213 did not work. I thought the electronic code had been deleted and went to the reception. I waited more than 20 minutes for someone to come to the reception. Finally, someone came and told me that our access to the room was cancelled by the hotel because we had written breakfast to the room. It was a terrible situation. I waited more than 20 minutes and my wife was waiting outside the room. When I explained the situation, they spoke to me quite normally as if nothing had happened. And if you have a problem in this hotel, you have to speak English, German is not accepted here. The service is definitely of a low level and the breakfast is nothing special. I will not stay here again. The hotel is located in a slightly different area. Before you come to this hotel, learn English well, otherwise you will have big problems.

Incredibly comfortable and beautiful hotel with a unique design in the center of Vienna! A very comfortable and stylish room that has everything for a comfortable stay. The breakfast food is delicious! I was more than satisfied! Thanks a lot.

The hotel is right next to the street with shops, 20 minutes walk from the Town Hall and the main Christmas market. Stylish and unusual design, there is even a basketball hoop. Minus - a bathroom with glass walls and not very good soundproofing.
