First, it felt unopened as they took some light bulbs out to save energy fright at the hall at the entrance. The breakfast was unexpectedly below standard, the choices they provided were far less than an ordinary hotel, toaster was worn out and broken, salad bar only provided tomatoes and cucumbers, really a choice less breakfast and only found basic food there. It closed sharp and doors shut, feeling unwelcome at all. The restaurant was not open after breakfast, couldn’t even get lunch, tea, or dinner as the hotel is away from the train station 15 mins, it was improper and inconvenient to customers. The room was big enough and fit for two travellers to put their luggage. However, the light switches were weird, once the lights were shut for sleep, u would have to turn on the central button in order to turn on the bathroom for toilet in the middle of the night, that would obviously affect others in sleep. The beds and pillows were the worst case, the mattresses had zero support, needless to say the feathery pillows. The ironing board was horrible, it could have been fallen as the iron stand was imbalanced, no cotton pad covered, it was all worn out that any homes would be thrown away! At the end, we don’t enjoy our stay there at all, we chose this because it was new and opened . it was completely out of our expectation as it is operated under the brand Hilton. It wasn’t a 4-star hotel for sure, will not recommend and will not buy hotel rooms from Hilton anymore due to the lack of confidence now.
