We visited Venice for 3 days. Excellent location and you can buy a multiple day pass for the waterbus.

This is a quiet hotel and away from all the hustle and bustles of Venice. We enjoyed this place.

The staff are very nice, they helped everything and always reply with smile. The room is big and clean. Sometimes mosquitoes came in but not a big deal. The view outside is great with near the canal and it is close to the water bus station as well, so not much trouble for carrying luggage.

The location is pretty nice in giudecca The staff is extremely helpful Clean and tidy, good facilities and nice breakfast

Lovely hotel, just a 5 minute ride from the Main island. Lots of ‘local’ cafe’s nearby that were very welcoming. Recommend sitting by the edge of the canal, eating lunch with the beautiful panoramic view of Venice. Hotel itself was lovely, clean and friendly. Our room overlooked a canal, so lovely to lay in bed listening to the rippling water.I would definitely recommend this hotel !

It was a clean hotel and my single room was a beautiful room and I enjoyed staying there, everything about the hotel is perfect but the single problem is that you have to take the boat everytime you wanna go anywhere and you aren’t able to walk to the center of Venice whenever you desire.

The service was very good. We were originally arranged to stay on the second floor (due to cultural differences, it was actually the third floor because there was a ground floor). Our large suitcase was very heavy, so we asked for a lower floor. The pretty lady at the front desk tried her best to accommodate us. We were going to the airport the next day and asked for directions. The young man provided us with detailed information and wrote it down. He was very helpful and very enthusiastic. Also, the environment outside this hotel is very beautiful. It is very close to the main attractions. You can take the ferry to the opposite side. The scenery is the most beautiful. We ate squid noodles at three restaurants. The one near the hotel tasted the best. I recommend it.

The hotel is on an island in Venice. Although it takes a boat ride, it is actually very convenient and there is no need to carry luggage up the stairs. The room is a little bit old, but very cozy. The hotel requires you to hand over the key before going out, which should be required to prevent theft.

It was a good hotel, located in a very quiet location. It was great.

Recommended by a friend living in the neighborhood, it was a delightful experience. Booking was easy, WiFi excellent, nicely appointed rooms, pleasant, quiet, not fancy. Everyone on the staff was helpful, especially Simonetta in the breakfast room, and Benedetta at the front desk. Close to the Palanca vaporetto stop, the possibilities of visiting around the islands in the lagoon are endless, then back to the seclusion and solitude of the hotel. I was escaping Siena to my favorite city in the world, and Giudecca and the hotel were an antidote to dusty hill towns. Such a pleasure, I hope to return.

Had a wonderful visit in Venice, the hotel was lovely. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel hotel is on the quiet side of Venice so you need the river boat to the main area. The breakfast is very continental, as this hotel doesn't do dinner their are a couple of lovely restaurants close by or get the boat across to the main area.

I am writing this review on my last evening staying in this lovely welcoming snall hotel . From beginning to end, this has met and exceeded my expectations, and being very reasonably priced it is definitely a yes to revisit, and I recommend this hotel to everyone . Staff were very informative and could answer any queries . WiFi was excellent, which is always a bonus at no extra charge . Breakfast was relaxing and plentiful, staff one lady on duty was very communicative and smiley nothing was too much trouble . A great stay Thank you

We got a nice clean room of adequate size, good double bed, the air conditioning worked well. Pleasant staff. Good continental breakfast that has gluten free options. Off the beaten path - nice quiet neighbourhood without a press of tourists
