The room I booked was a king-size bed, which is 1.8 meters more expensive than the economy room. The front desk changed my room to an economy room without informing me or obtaining our permission. As soon as I entered the economy room, there was a very pungent and disgusting smell that lasted all night. The bed was only 1.5 meters long and the room was very small. Other things and services were also of poor quality. I did not sleep well the whole night. The hotel didn't say the room rate was reduced. It was like they wanted to charge for a double room, but gave us a cheap, smelly and small room without permission. It was really abominable, and I filed a complaint later.
