Hotel not allow us check in, even I have a booking and name at hotel. Terrible service

I don't have a microwave so I can't heat up the food.

The hotel is near the airport, from the hotel to Cong Hoa street is also very close, the TV in the room has Netflix so you can watch movies as much as you want.

super cool, the first time I stayed at a homestay, I didn't think it would be so cool and cheap, the staff is super cute, the room is clean and cool, I asked for support and they were happy to help, it's close to the center so it's easy to go anywhere, book it and I guarantee there won't be any problems
