You need to walk about 15-18 minutes on foot to reach the hotel from the city. No lift, only the staircase. Very good staff (Good hospitality). Worth for the money. A budget hotel. Breakfast is average. No hot foods. But better than nothing ☺️ It is good before you going out or your flight. We got all room amenities. I recommend this place anyway.

Clean enough for the old building and great location to look around the island! We arrived a bit later than check-in hours but easily managed to get in thanks to the helpful staff. Just be aware that they don’t have shampoo and conditioner like stuffs. Also chocolate croissant was very nice… 🥐

The staff is not always there, and the storage room for my luggage is opened and unattended, so anyone can take my luggage. I hope the storage room is locked for safety reason. and a contact phone No. for contact if no staff is on duty.

It was a wonderful stay at Ca San Polo in the heart of Venice! Checkin and checkout was completely smooth. Breakfast and especially the service was outstanding. More than enough variety and options and nice persons who will try to make you happy and give a good start in the day. Note that food in Venice is quite expensive so this breakfast can save you one meal! Don't forget to relax on the rooftop of Ca San Polo - you can spot Campanile and vice versa! I achieved it - check the photo! :D The rooms are having everything you need like on the photos and come in pure traditional Venice style, which is very cute! The location is just perfect to reach anything. Next to a Vapaoretto station but also maybe even closer and faster to any point of interested in your mind. Everything you need for living is there. At first, the smell of wood scared me, as if they were heating up a sauna, but when I aired it out, the smell went away. Because the windows are next to another building, you can hear everything that happens there, but even that didn't scare me. With the window closed, you can't hear anything. For breakfast: toast, butter, eggs, fruit and drinks. You'll definitely find something for yourself. I walked quickly from the station and then returned just as quickly when I needed to. I liked everything.

I was able to leave my luggage there in the morning, which was very helpful. The room also had a nice atmosphere, and I personally found it very comfortable.

This hotel has a great location - all the main attractions are within walking distance! The hotel itself is small but cozy - the staff is friendly and helpful. We arrived at night and they left the keys for us at the reception, there were no difficulties with checking in. The room is small, but we did not sit there and this did not cause any inconvenience. The bathroom is very tiny and this was disappointing - we wanted to lie down, but we only managed to wet our feet) The breakfast is good, there is plenty to choose from - we liked everything. There is an exit to the roof! To sit on the roof in the morning with a cup of coffee and admire the sunrise - just delight! By the way, we left early in the morning and the staff met us halfway and fed us before the kitchen opened - thank you very much!

This is the third hotel we booked🏨. The location is excellent and the conditions are good, especially the price is cheap. The entrance tax is 3 euros. Although it seems like a B&B with a very rich breakfast, it seems like a five-star hotel, so it should be rated five stars. The room is large, the shower room is large, especially considering the bathroom for customers𠕇The small Dengzi is so good haha. The room is equipped with free mineral water for users to take medicine💊 and drink water. Intimate service. I will stay in this hotel again next time🏨, more than 40 euros a day for ten days, which is only 400 euros💶. Super cost-effective and very popular👌

The location is not the best, but the service, price and breakfast were very satisfactory. It was the best hotel during my trip to Italy.

Our stay was amazing, the room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and complete. But special mention to the receptionists who kept our luggage and welcomed us in an excellent way. I would definitely come back 🥰 the location is excellent!! Highly recommended

The room was quite cozy. I was worried that no one would check in if I arrived late, so I contacted the hotel staff via WhatsApp in advance. The staff patiently answered my questions and booked a nearby restaurant for me, so we extended our stay immediately. The location was pretty easy to find!
