Hotel located near the station very convenient!!

It's really not that great. It's just so-so because I didn't stay in the hotel for too long during the trip. It's okay.

There is no one to welcome us. Fortunately we came across customers who explained to us that the managers are on the other side of town to know the room number. The organization leaves something to be desired.

When I arrived in Venice, I opened Google Maps and saw that it was a one-star hotel. Before I stayed there, I was wondering what a one-star hotel was like. After I stayed there: Run away!!! The only advantage: good location. 7-8 minutes walk from the train station. I directly reposted the disadvantages from Google reviews. (Cannot take screenshots, can only repost Italian, self-translated) If your experience is similar, it is purely factual (｡ì _ í｡) Legal advice! When you arrive at a non Italian sign (Rumeno, moldova or Albanese), you will have to pay in the country for access to the port with code and you can only use the camera....maybe it's not a big deal. Because of the messy way you can't get the camera. You can't use it in a square that can pass the camera properly. You can't use the scope of the messy way with the sign that you have the location or the property, and you can't Sapphire, the frame was so fresh that I came with a chef and I also did not buy the cake (with a lance) because the shavings were so fine and I also took a picture of the scene. I also took pictures of the size of the door and I didn't even know the size of the 400 US dollars or so. I kept it in the camera and I could really make it...I didn't even know how to cut it...I just kept it and I didn't even know how to wash it, I just bought 400 dollars, I also had a bag and a bidet and I kept it in a bag and I was so comfortable and sober. spiaccicate. There is no TV and no WIFI. The camera is not an instigator...there are rumors that one cannot tell and there are no reliable information. I was a clerk who only smelled the food I had. The reception was always clean. The location is 9 minutes away from the hotel, all the staff, and I also had a lot of pizza. I also tried some scams. I also had 3 scams, which was great. I also had some great food with parma cheese and some golf, I was so fat that I couldn't even find the right sign and when I got to the restaurant I was so tired that I couldn't help but feel that I was fat....I was so tired.! As long as I could eat this, I could still eat it or run it, and the restaurant was so delicious and tasty! Because I always had a plate and I could only order a good pizza....I was so fat that I couldn't find the right sign and I just had to order the right thing and I was so tired that I couldn't help but feel that I was so tired! Ma Mattel?? I can say that I had a successful trip to Murano and I knew that I had to travel to the destination without any formalities. I also visited the destination and was very familiar with the restaurant. I also visited the restaurant and was very knowledgeable about the food. I also learned from the bus and I also went to a pizza restaurant with a private person.....to the bus I was very close to and I knew that I was going to visit there. I also knew that the location was very good and I knew that I had to know the location without any formalities and I I was so happy... I was so happy that I could not get enough of it and I also made different kinds of organizati on the spot. I also enjoyed the trolley. It was a very good place to eat in Venice!!

What we found annoying was that no person was present and almost impossible to reach. Unfortunately! Bed was clean and okay. Bathroom ceiling was full of mold

We have been to this hotel 4 times previously. On the other occasions It was basic but clean and good value as it included a great dinner but this time it was more expensive, dinner was at an inferior restaurant and the whole place was literally falling apart

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Only spent one night of the three I paid for after being attacked by mosquitoes and bed bugs all night. Nothing in this hotel was as advertised. There was absolutely no reception! No code to get into the hotel. No Internet to contact the owners to get the code to get in. Could not find anyone to ask , much less answer a questions. Absolute do not consider wasting your money or time on this broken down, extremely poor excuse for a hotel!

We got there about 4pm. some other guests were leaving and let us in and explained how things worked. No one was at the desk and there was a secured door, so it they weren't leaving I'm not sure how we would have entered. They said there was someone cleaning upstairs so that is where we went. She did check us in. The A/C didn't seem to be working so I went back out to find that person and I could find no one. I decided to turn on the A/C while we were to be out for hours hoping it would cool down. We got back about 10 pm and it was still very hot. I called the number on the reservation and the woman said she couldn't be there until about 11 pm. I waited up until then and then took a cold shower to cool down. I think I heard a knock at the door around midnight but didn't' answer because I had no clothes on since it was extremely hot. The TV also did not work and it appeared they added a single bed and just moved over the double bed to accommodate i t without moving the headboard. This left little room to move around, especially with clothes and suitcases on the floor. There was nothing hanging on the walls, which in their hotel pictures on the website they did have. The bathroom walls and ceiling were covered with black mold (see pics). The fan in the bathroom was disgustingly dirty and did not work, thus the mold I assume. The armoire was locked so there was no place to put clothes or a suitcase. The light on the wall was just an exposed bulb. There never was a person at the front desk to address anything. I believe they people were working at their restaurant 15 minutes away. There was an included dinner at their restaurant, but we stopped by and it was totally empty and looked like a generic, low-end cafeteria down a small ally. We did not eat here because we did not want to spend a dinner in beautiful Venice eating at a place like that. I don't know how the food or service would have been. One good thing, the location was very good.

We turned up for our check-in at the time that we were supposed to turn up, but nobody was there for us. We waited and waited because we really wanted a shower before heading out for dinner, but literally nobody came, so we had to head out without even being able to use the bathroom. The room wasn't anywhere near what I saw from the pictures when I booked, but that's not my biggest issue. The day we left, I accidentally left my washbag in the room and in the wash bag there was jewellery as well, so I contacted the girl who did our check in, Cristina, to ask her if she could have kindly sent it back to me and I would have paid her for the postage and of course for the bother too. She ignored all my messages, so I had to phone her a few times and when she finally answered, she said she would have sent it "whenever she would have had time". It's lbeen 3 weeks and not only I haven't got my stuff back, but she keeps ignoring my messages. I have also tried to phone countless times the landlines but nobody ever answers. Leave your hopes at the door if you are wanting to get a hold of staff there. I have had to phone the local police officers to ask them to do something about my jewellery that Locanda Salieri are holding for no reason - absolute shocking customer service, literally the worst you could ever imagine.

Everybody was clean and the location is good. It is a small room but enough just to sleep in one or two nights if you dont plan to spend a lot of time in the room. Has a nice view over the canal. For the price good

The hotel room was average, but I would say its best for this price also the location is very nice, there is a super cheap bar near the hotel you can enjoy :) the dinner was also very nice and the staff at the restaurant was very friendly.

Awful experience. We arrived during the normal checkin time. The front door was locked, there was no one inside, and no answer when we rang the bell. Eventually a next door neighbor knew the door code, so we got in, and picked what might have been our correct room key from the board in the lobby. But where were we supposed to go for the included dinner? What was the wifi code? All mysteries, as no one appeared by the time we left the next morning. Bizarre. (And *********** said they had no responsibility over any of this, both while we were trying to sort things out and afterwards.)

Hotel very clean, centrally located but our room lacked basic facilities. No glasses, no waste paper basket, no hair drying facilities. Major problem was that we were unable to contact a member of the hotel staff. There were no contact numbers in our room and the reception desk was never manned. It didn’t spoil our holiday.

Upon arrival, like most people, we had not received our codes. We rang the intercom several times and no answer. I also called the number they gave me, no answer. Again, the intercom and they told me to call on WhatsApp, which I did. They gave me the codes, told me my room number and where to find the restaurant for dinner. We have to take our keys ourselves from a stand at the entrance because there is no staff. Arriving in the room, so certainly it is not the height of luxury but it was clean. On the other hand, we did not have toilet paper... and the other major problem. We did not find the heating. There was an air conditioner but it did not heat, apparently we spent a freezing night because in February it is cold. I had sent a message to the person on WhatsApp. I received no response. The next day, my husband noticed that on the floor, there was a small box and in fact it was a blower that made the heating, there should be an explanatory note to tell us where things are. On the other hand the evening meal and when I say meal it is to choose Between starter and main course or main course and dessert but there not at all it is only a dish to choose between a pizza or pasta which costs about eight euros. and that's it. So not a great old hotel which would need a good cleaning and a lick of paint but in our room it was clean it is well located.
