A beautiful boutique hotel welcomed with genuine warmth from the hosts. We received an upgrade to a very comfortable room on 3rd floor. Room is well organized for our convenience with sufficient closet space and very very clean. The hotel is situated at a prime location too. Minutes walk from the train and ferry stations, and just a short walk into Venice center. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so it’s great for winding down after a long day exploration outside. We will come back for another stay next time when we visit Venice again! (Photo - View from our room.)

I loved everything about the hotel. The location is closer to the train station. This made it easier to access and I did not have to drag my luggage across the city! The staff was personable and professional. My room was clean, warm and cozy and the breakfast was better than any hotel I have stayed at in the US. I will return the next time I am in Venice!

The hotel is not near the canal, but inside. You have to cross two bridges to get there from the station, which is very troublesome with luggage. The hotel is very small, the facilities are old, the internet is average, and the breakfast is especially bad. It is not all self-service, and you have to order it yourself.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the water bus station. The entrance to the hotel is not very obvious, so be careful as it is easy to miss. The hotel staff, both the reception staff and the breakfast staff are very friendly and healthy. The breakfast has a lot of choices and is delicious. The ceiling of the shower room is leaking, and when you use the hand shower, frozen water drips from the ceiling. It feels like taking a shower while it rains. There are mosquitoes. My friend was bitten several times and his eyes were swollen as if he had been hit.

The location of this hotel is very good. The rooms are small and the lights are too dim. The breakfast options are not diverse. The environment is clean. If you are tired from walking, you can go back to the hotel to take a bath. The water in the jacuzzi is very strong and very comfortable. Small but clean and comfortable room

I didn't know how to use the air conditioner! ! The staff were very kind and very nice. There is one big bridge from the station, but if you can get over it you should be fine. thank you very much.

The hotel is not far from the Santa Lucia train station, and it takes 10 minutes to walk, but you need to cross two bridges to walk there, and it is a bit tiring to carry your luggage. If you don't want to cross the bridge with your luggage, you can take the No. 1 water bus, Riva de Biaso, one stop away, and then walk about 150 meters. The traffic is fairly convenient. The hotel is an old house remodeled, the surrounding is very quiet, and the internal environment is clean and tidy. The family quadruple room we live in is not very spacious, but the mattress is very comfortable. The waiter was more attentive. We were afraid that the child would fall to the ground, so we blocked her with pillows. The breakfast is a buffet, and the children like it very much.

Hotel located near the train station and near the center of Venice. Very kind and always available staff, spacious room and very comfortable bed. Perfect cleaning.
