This hotel was a breath of fresh air! From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by its unique and farm house style design. It wasn't your typical cookie-cutter hotel, and that's exactly what I loved. The peaceful environment was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and providing to-the-point service – no fuss, just what I needed. A huge plus was the hotel's location. Being within walking distance of so many attractions made exploring a breeze. And when I got hungry, the abundance of great food options nearby was the cherry on top. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. It's in rural area and rides may not be to easy to get after 10pm. If you plan to return late to the hotel, be sure to know how to contact the hotel just in case the front desk is closed. Sorry to wake you at the middle of night boss lady!

This really was an exceptional place. A cross between a hostel and a museum - quite fascinating and unique. It was exceptionally clean, the staff helpful and the beds comfortable.

The place is quite interesting, looking more like a museum than a hostel. However it looked a little run down and rough. Room 308 was huge but didn't feel cozy. It was cold at night and the heater was not working well. There is a bad sound isolation so I could hear every word that the people next to my room spoke. The young female receptionist that checked me in when I arrived was very helpful. She managed to rent an E- bike for me ! She deserves 5 stars for that. The location is alright, near some coffeeshops and restaurants and close to Zili and Li Garden historical sites.

Had a great time in the 4 x singles bed room. Neat,clean, plenty sockets, good bathroom, warm shower, good towels. In the middle of Ting kou, a heritage village. Basically a living museum. Little local restaurants, convenience stores and coffee shops nearby. Even a hotdog stand, kids happy. A beautifully restored granary, insta ready. We rented their bicycles to get to the film city and Zilicun historical village with the diaolou towers.

It’s always good to be back here. The hostel is very well located, clean rooms and very friendly staff. They provide bike rental as well. We have been here for 4 times and looking forward to be back again.

Excellent location for exploring the diaolou, especially Zili Village. You can rent a bike at the hotel to explore the area, which was great fun. The staff at the hotel was nice and helpful. We were happy we stayed there instead of some big hotel in Kaiping city.

The hotel was very well located, it is between two villages, I recommend renting a bike from the hotel which costs 40 RMB per day and cycling around. Distance between the village is 15-20 min. It's not very easy to ask for Didi, you can get it but it takes time and you have to be trying until getting one. Very Clean room, comfortable bed and with bathroom amenities. AWESOME STAFF AND VERY HELPFUL!

Very nice hotel, nicely decorated and convenient location. The mattress was a bit hard and there was no view but the room was spacious. Great coffee and the hotel staff was very welcoming.

Great location in a very nicely renovated building. Easy to rent bikes to explore the local area from here.

So disappointed, so disappointed. . . This is my fourth time here. I always book 5 or more rooms each time. I was really disappointed this time. B&Bs are getting worse and worse, there are not enough staff, the hygiene is not good, and the room I stayed in the next day was not cleaned for me. This is the first time I have stayed in so many B&Bs! I borrowed the kitchen, but they said there was no one to clean it. So we cleaned it ourselves, and it was cleaner than when we came. So you said you want to charge me? It's really unacceptable. If we had known earlier, we wouldn't have cleaned it from the beginning. It made several elderly families suffer so much! (They didn't tell us there would be a charge in the beginning. It's their own bad management. Who should I blame?) There was often no one at the front desk after 3pm, which led to them seeing their beer in the trash can. They said we didn't pay for the beer. It was really funny. We paid at the front desk ourselves, but they said they didn't pay. Fortunately, there are payment records and surveillance, otherwise we wouldn't be able to explain ourselves! All in all, this stay experience was very poor, and both the sanitary services and management were extremely disappointing. I hope B&Bs can pay attention to these issues, otherwise it will be difficult to attract repeat customers. I don't recommend you to choose this homestay!

His family has a lot of antique farm tools, including a collection of large wooden barrels used for bathing in ancient times. We lived on the second floor, and there was a large terrace for drying clothes, which was very convenient. The washing machine was provided free of charge, which was really convenient for a long stay.

The hotel's interior decoration is distinctive and cost-effective. In addition, there is a nearby Claypot restaurant that can fill you with soup and the food is good. The hotel clerk is happy to introduce nearby places, but perhaps because it is close to summer, the only drawback is that it is difficult to get rid of the mosquitoes in the hotel. You have to find ways to get rid of the mosquitoes when you sleep at night. If I have the chance to be nearby again, I would be willing to stay there again

The old rural house was renovated. The first floor was an exhibition hall. It was very large and old items were displayed. When I made the reservation, I saw that there was a bar. The traveler was a wine god, so she could drink. There was wine, but the bar was not open like this. The kitchenette is small, but the environment is not bad. There are mosquitoes at night, and electric mosquito coils are useless. I didn’t sleep well. I went to the ancient town and passed Liyuan (closer to the B&B). Renting a bicycle is 15/hour, electric car is 18/hour, 78 /day, it’s too expensive to go to scenic spots and I’m afraid it will be stolen! Didi went, it’s quite far!
