Everyone know how cuba is with supplies and food but thanks to the hard working people they try very hard to make the stay worth while if your planning to go. Try to bring mayo ,salt, olive oil ,honey ,and ketchup as a personal use item there are mini size of those items if your from north america and is use to ketchup and salt on fries and other foods . Everything else is great the shows the people are great . for the price this hotel is good .I woul defenetily recommend with my precautions on what to take if You like

The Hotel reviews are not true. Grand Memories is not a true 5 star hotel but, it is a 3 star resort. Restaurant staff are not friendly towards customers when you ask them for something specific. Also, the food selection is the same every single day. Limited entertainment and activities to do. The best part is the white-sand beach.

The cleaning staff was amazing it was mold in my room (which I ignored as we just stayed two days) and they disinfected, cleaned and painted it plus they called the engineer to solved a problem with the water, however some things were broken in my friends’ room as the hairdryer and the window locker. Also I don’t know if was because the didn’t have enough customers but a lot of restaurants and facilities were closed.

Rooms on building 11 were not good,very outdated, shortages of clean towels, housekeeping were good ,they can't do miracles. Food was average or below,mosquitos were active but nothing extreme. Beach restaurant was good,buffet was not good.

The food is unbearably bad, the restaurant stinks!! It makes you want to vomit, don't stay here.

Upon arrival, the receptionist offers a room saying it is closer to the beach for 10 dollars per person and per night, he says your room is 1km from the beach. It's not true, there are no rooms that far away. You have to beg for bottled water as they only put two in and that's it. You have to beg for towels to take to the pool. The facilities are terrible, old TV, old furniture, the room door sometimes doesn't close, sometimes it doesn't open, you'll complain and have to wait in line, as there are several people complaining. Toilet without seat and without toilet paper.

Nice place, with excellent staff. Beautiful beach and fair price.

Resort with good structure, 2 very large pools, good service, good beach structure. Only the food is a little tasteless (which is not much different from other resorts in Cuba).

Please note this is not sanctuary, on trip.com you think you are booking sanctuary, but it is the normal grand memories. Other than that it's nice, nice staff and the food was pretty good. Would recommend just pay attention to the name, this is wrong at trip.com, you book the normal grand memories.

Very bad, don't book this hotel when you go to Cuba, just don't book a superior room. There is no difference between superior room and normal room.

Bad resort. Too old. Problems with restaurants. Drinks. Food.
