Overall good hotel, some minor issues like door and mirror looked like they needed a repair. Nice view from the room and super comfy bed and pillows.

Great hotel. Big rooms, and comfortable bed. Also enjoyed a quick drink and snack in the restaurant. Right across the street from Canada Place and a quick walk to downtown or Gastown. Only issue was that check-in took 30 minutes, and check-out took 15 mins. Lines for both. Also, WiFi was free but had to find the code they gave us to activate it. Otherwise, there was only paid access to WiFi. Still, we would return!

The hotel is located in the most prosperous area of Vancouver. The sea and the pier are right outside the window, and you can see the big cruise ship. It is very close to FlyOver Canada, just a few minutes' walk away, and 600 meters away from the Gastown Steam Clock. Very satisfied 👍

I had an event at the Vancouver Convention Center and it was very convenient because it was very close to the street. It was a low-rise city view, but it was cozy and felt good because I could see a small garden. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly, so I was satisfied.

The hotel is located in Canada Square, with an excellent location. The cruise terminal is across the road, and the SkyTrain Binhai Station is a 3-minute walk away. The hotel has good facilities and an outdoor heated swimming pool. I swam in the -5 degree weather and didn't feel cold. Service: All are OK. It is a famous old hotel in Vancouver. It has an excellent location. It is surrounded by the city center. There are all kinds of food. There are all kinds of luxury stores around. Shopping is extremely convenient. It is close to the seaside. The scenery is beautiful. You can take a walk in the evening to overlook the surrounding sea view of Vancouver. It is very good! But the price is a little expensive!

The location was right in front of Canada Place, so it was great for sightseeing in Vancouver.

I originally booked two nights and had a good stay, so I booked two more nights. It's very close to Canada Square Gastown

I booked a double bed but when I got to the hotel, the front desk told me that I booked a single bed. I contacted Ctrip customer service and they said there might be a problem with the middleman. I refunded some money, but I won't book overseas hotels on Ctrip anymore because it affects my schedule and mood. Although the front desk kindly gave me a small folding bed, it was too uncomfortable for a family of four to sleep on. Nice hotel with beautiful location and scenery
