Good point: room is big and with mini bar. Nice pool. Reception area is with games. Bad point: The bedding feels humide and there are some hairs. The sunshine is so nice in the area and the bedding will feel much better if they have some sunbath.

Terrible service, not professional! I paid the room by trip, but charged again when checking in! And argued many times to them for my money back, but low efficient work they done! Till now no money back! And no response yet!

My room had a really bad smell (like rotten cheese) and the bedsheets had rips and small holes. There was a whole on the ceiling near the door and one on the door of the toilet. Hallway felt dump and moldy. Mold was also over the cushions and umbrellas outside in the pool area (nothing like the photos on the website). The quality of the food at the restaurant was ok, but ours of operation were not clear. Same with “room service”, as it needed to be ordered and collected from reception as there is no phone in the room to call to order. There was good wifi, breakfast, bar and service. The reception area was comfortable. The bathroom had really good shampoo, conditioner and soap products. The room I booked didn’t match much of the photos or the descriptions on the website (like missing a sofa). It felt really dated and poorly maintained (except for the reception/lobby area that was newer)

Low service level, unpolite staff. At 3 hours after check in , I still did not had towels for shower in room. I annouced the staff about it, but after 30 min of waiting I still did not get any towel. When I went to reception they were very unpolite and they simply said that they do not not have any towel but they can give my a swiming pool towel to be used by the hole family. Clerly they are not 4*, and I have seriuos doubts that they are un hospitality business. Swuming pool terance was realy dirty.

A young team, very friendly and professional. Always ready to answer all the questions and request with amability and a smile. Very positive and interactive with my sons also.

Modern clean Hotel on the outskirts of Antibes. We used it as a starting point to go to Monaco. Food was great, service a bit slow due to the restaurant being busy but food was freshly cooked and tasty. Pool was lovely and great after a day in the sun

We have been several times to this lovely hillside hotel, convenient too drive to the bustle of the coastly resorts. Nestled in the forest find this an excellent option. Rooms comfortable although could only find two plug sockets and not a powerful hairdryer. I love breakfast outside in the forest and could sit for hours enjoying the peace. Lovely pool and accommodating staff. Special thanks to Fabián when I was disappointed there was no alternative to white bread. He had more heated for me. Love it when staff go that extra mile in their job to please a customer. A lovely hotel and ticks all the boxes.

Best service at the front desk! The staff really went out of it's way for us, gave us the best trip advices and overall great service. For a family with to kids this is an rally good option with the pool and the tennis court.

During the COVID the hotel renewed the bar area which I like more than the previous location. I think the rooms and bathrooms were also renewed, they are nice and feels modern. The offer of the restaurant is a bit narrow and also the variety of the breakfast was better in the past. The stuff is friendly and helpful as always.

We booked a room for 3 people. When we arrived, the towels for the 3rd person were missing, the bed was not made. And the icing on the cake, there was no heating in the room. It was necessary to report it to reception, she said. Unless at 2 a.m. you don't think to check. Today we are bedridden with acute bronchitis. The ceiling has mold stains. It is worthy of a 1st class hotel and not a NOVOTEL.

I stayed at the NOVOTEL Sophia Antipolis and the hotel was fantastic! I spent 3 days close to everything (you do need a car, though). The breakfast was very good and the staff were very welcoming. I highly recommend it! Can't wait for summer to enjoy the pool.
