The swimming pool was cold, there was no toothpaste , no electric kettle in the room, no complimentary water, the room was outdated, the shower was very old and difficult to use, in all honesty this hotel room was a 2 star at best. The reception area was indeed a 5 star and that was it.

This hotel is generally ok. But some staff needs training as I had very hard time to program my room key, which receptionist fails to do so 3 times during check in which was really annoying as I arrived to hotel after very long flight.

The location is not only conveniently situated but also offers stunning surroundings that enhance the overall experience. The facility itself is thoughtfully designed, combining modern amenities with a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels comfortable and well-accommodated

It is a nice hotel to stay, it is well-located and a stone’s throw away from the sea. The pool is amazing and the breakfast is nice too.

The reception is super nice and helpful. Room is too old and the bed is not comfortable. The view is nice but I don’t like the breakfast. The service people at breakfast area is rude, and breads & foods are not 5 star hotel level

A very, very nice hotel. Ms. Rita at the front desk was very friendly and gave me a great room. The night view at night was also beautiful. You can see the magnificent Atlantic Ocean at the breakfast area. There are many types of breakfast, especially fruits.

Breakfast with little choice and not very healthy food for a hotel considered Premium. Amenities with some flaws… it is being remodeled, they say….

You can't expect much flexibility from the reception regarding check-in and check-out. The rooms do not have amenities such as electric kettles or tea sets that are normally found in five-star hotels, and even when you request a kettle from housekeeping, they will only put you on a waiting list, and no matter how many days you wait, they never lend you one. As for free bottled water, they only provide one on the first day of your stay. It would be fine if you were staying just one night, but no matter how many days you stay, they only provide one bottle. The location and architecture are good, but the service and amenities need improvement.

It is indeed a bit old, and the facilities are a bit outdated. It feels like the decoration style is still stuck in 20 years ago, but the hotel is in a good location, right next to the casino, with beautiful scenery

A mediocre hotel that has lost its shine. Poor breakfast in a very massive space. Coffee machines constantly broken and almost no healthy food to be found. Rooms really dated.
