This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

Stayed in Urumqi a couple of times, this is by far the best for value property I've stayed in. Lovely, friendly service, spacious, modern rooms, huge TV, plush interior and comfy bed. Items in the mini bar were free so was the breakfast, tea and supper... definitely a winner in my books. I'm coming back for sure, thanks to the team that made my stay a memorable one.

This hotel is located at a T-junction, single 2-way lane and a one way lane. The surrounding is not impressive but convenient to get local food and drinks (beer especially) and go around. The room is spacious enough and the clean bed linen gives us a good night sleep. Breakfast is typically Chinese style, soya bean drinks, porridge, boiled eggs and cooked food. No bread and coffee is provided. Nevertheless we stayed there for 10 nights.

The hotel I stayed in this time has certain deficiencies in terms of room facilities. It seems a bit old and lacks some popular smart devices nowadays. However, the hotel also has its outstanding advantages. The service attitude of the front desk staff is very enthusiastic. Their warm service makes people feel the warmth and care during the stay. In addition, the hotel is extremely convenient in location, and there are many food shops around. This is undoubtedly a great advantage for those who like to taste various delicacies. You can easily find all kinds of delicious food when you go out and satisfy the enjoyment of the taste buds. Generally speaking, although the hotel has disadvantages such as old facilities, its warm service, convenient location and rich surrounding food also make it have certain attraction. When choosing accommodation, you can comprehensively consider this hotel according to your own needs and preferences.

Enjoy my stay so much that I extend my stay for 1 more night. Clean, spacious ,comfortable. the room is modern and somewhat looks futuristic. even small details are designed for comfort such as mirror with extra light on it, anti-slip bathroom mat, clear label on lights switch on/off so guest know what button for what lights, automatic night light turn on when guest wake up at night to go to washroom to ensure guest can see the walking path (been travelling for 6.5months and these are items that are almost never seen even in big hotel chain). the receptionist team are also warm and welcoming. Special thank you to Xiao Xia and Noor who help with my check in and extend my stay. Reasonable price, even offer discount on 2nd night (different person offer different discount, so i choose the best offer.lol) This place also close by to many eateries and 4minutes walking to bus stop where multiple buses stop there (i.e.there is bus from airport to here, i.e.take metro and change to bus. the bus will stop here). Convenient for solo traveller who rely on public transport to explore the surrounding (download 百度 or AMAP application to see route and bus timing in real time.百度is better though). They are also available a wechat away for any questions or recommendations that you'd like to know. Delicious breakfast!! Still thinking about it. taste like home cooking style. After travelling 6.5months , my tastebud miss this type of food.lol Overall, highly recommended place!! If I still have time (after exploring the southern part), I will definitely come back again to stay here for one final night before leaving Xinjiang. All the best 😎😄😀😁😃

After a long day of driving, I arrived at midnight. As soon as I entered the room, I saw that the room was decorated very warmly, clean and hygienic, and it was equipped with a foot bath bucket. I was in a good mood instantly. Because I had to travel the next day, I needed to wash clothes in the middle of the night, so I called Xiao Zhang at the switchboard. Without saying a word, he helped me wash the clothes, dried them, and delivered them to the room. He also wiped my shoes and sent me a fruit plate. The service was really good, very heartwarming and thoughtful. It was a pity that I lay down without taking a picture of the bed because I was too tired. I will book this hotel when I come to Urumqi on business in the future. The scenery is good and the service is even better. I love it.

房間很大很，位置很好，樓下就是時代廣場，就是酒店隔音不太好，隔壁電視聲音聽的都很清楚
