Hotels in Hongshan Park/Nanhu, Urumqi

This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

Hotel is located in the best area. All facilities are clean. Staff are very welcoming and supportive. Great place to stay.

I traveled with my brother to China for the first time, and this was our favorite hotel of the entire trip! Breakfast is delicious and we got to try many local dishes. Don’t miss the chai! Our rooms were clean and large, and we had fun talking to xiaodu. The service was excellent, and the staff worked with us easily in spite of our limited Chinese language skills. The hotel is located within walking distance of several beautiful parks, and many fantastic restaurants. Highly recommend!

I have stayed in so many hotels, but this one really impressed me! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel the enthusiasm of the staff Liuliunur. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm and elegant, and the bedding was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud. There are many delicious foods around the hotel, and it is convenient to travel. I will come again next time!

Great hotel- central to everything! We got a room that overlooked the main roundabout and it was great to watch the evening sunset over the city. Even though we overlooked the main street, you could hear no sound. A fantastic location to walk to the grand bazaar and People’s Park. People’s Park was amazing- do visit it in the evening as it’s lively and full of things to do. The hotel staff was super helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They young man at the counter even helped put us in touch with a driver when our initial plans for getting to Heavenly Lake fell through- he helped find a tour agent, driver, and helped to make sure everything was sorted for our day. Would stay here again.

Although this hotel is a bit old, the rooms are cleaned very well. We stayed there for eight consecutive days. Sister Yang on the 17th floor and the waitress on duty on the 18th floor took good care of us these days. Seeing that we were with children, they were more careful in all aspects. The waiters in the breakfast restaurant were also very nice. There was a short lady with short curly hair who was very thoughtful, which made us like Xinjiang even more! The hotel is in a very convenient location, with several parks around it. The night view is beautiful at night, and there is a BRT station at the door for convenient travel.

The service attitude of the merchant is really comfortable and the answer is detailed. The delivery speed is surprising and it will soon reach me. The packaging is beautiful and well protected. Awesome! This hotel really surprised me! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was attracted by its elegant atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and professional, and their service made my stay more perfect. The rooms were spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable and soft, and the bathroom facilities were very clean and hygienic. In addition, the location of the hotel is also very good, very close to attractions and business districts, very convenient. We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful. For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport. For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful. For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost. Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.

The facilities are very good and clean. The most amazing thing is that the bar is surrounded by a half-encircled structure. So you think about it, you must not sleep well. I don’t know what time it is noisy at night, but I always wake up. Overall, it’s good, but let me decide again, I resolutely don’t choose this one. It’s too uncomfortable to sleep well. I have to take an exam. Please book a room carefully when you come to travel.
