The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and they provided both soft and firm pillows, which was great for me as a light sleeper – I had an undisturbed night. The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation, with stable hot water flow. The toiletries had a light, pleasant scent that wasn't overpowering, and they thoughtfully included niche items like cotton pads and a vanity kit. The public areas were clean and tastefully decorated, and the hallways didn't have that dull disinfectant smell; the potted plants were fresh and vibrant. The breakfast wasn't about piling on endless options, but every ingredient was fresh and hot. The local specialty pastries tasted authentic, without that mass-produced, perfunctory feel. The only minor downside was that the hallway soundproofing wasn't great; I occasionally heard light noises from next door late at night, but they provided earplugs, so it didn't affect my rest. The staff would politely greet guests without being overly enthusiastic or awkward, striking the perfect balance. Compared to chain hotels at the same price point, this one truly shines in its genuine attention to detail and lack of template-driven service. It's a worthy stay that I'd rebook, highly recommended for travelers seeking a comfortable and natural hotel experience.

Room Environment: What I liked most was the soundproofing! Once the door was closed, I could barely hear any outside noise, making for a quiet and peaceful night. The entire room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust in the corners. The warm lighting paired with the wooden decor created a serene and healing atmosphere. The mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. Added Amenities: The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety, and the laundry room was well-equipped. The lobby was quiet and perfect for a short rest, with an overall tranquil and comfortable vibe. This place is great for both leisure travel and business trips. I've saved it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!

Had comfortable stay in this hotel. We booked the deluxe room which turns out to be very spacious. It has a living area and even a 'walkin' wardrobe. A downside though is the aircon is insufficiently sized to cool the bed area during summer. 200m away is ccmall a very popular mall. Nearby has all amenities that you would expect.

Originally booked room with no windows and it was the smokiest room I have ever stayed in. Gave me a headache, it was that bad. Asked the staff if I could change rooms, and they moved me to a much nicer room free of charge. They were excellent and I was very thankful. Breakfast was great, location is excellent, so many restaurants around.

My first stop in Xinjiang was the Atour Hotel at Urumqi People's Cinema. I was quite tired on the first day so I didn't take any photos. The room was clean, though the elevator was a bit slow and I had to wait a while each day. The hotel is within walking distance of Ma Feng Hua, where my family and I enjoyed a fantastic meal – it was both visually appealing and delicious. We couldn't find a parking spot directly in front of the hotel, so we parked in a nearby lot. The hotel quickly reimbursed the parking fee after we checked out.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was great. There's a commercial street right downstairs, and it's very close to the Grand Bazaar, People's Cinema, and CCM Mall. The room felt new and had no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff provided attentive service, making my stay feel very secure. Any requests were quickly addressed. Overall, a perfect experience, highly recommended!! Absolutely excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this Atour Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every staff member we met was warm, friendly, and approachable. We were especially impressed by the security guard, who thoughtfully offered us drinks while we were waiting in the lobby for our transport. Such proactive hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. The counter staff were extremely helpful with our queries. I also loved the lobby, which was beautifully designed with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It was a pleasant place to sit and unwind while waiting or simply taking a short break. The attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The towels and drinking cups were individually packed in sealed bags, giving us added confidence in the hotel’s hygiene standards. The complimentary self-service laundry facilities, complete with washers, dryers, and steam irons, were a huge convenience, especially for longer stays. The nightly porridge supper was another thoughtful touch that added great value to our stay. We used it on the last stay after many days of Xinjiang food. The hotel’s location is excellent, with plenty of food options within walking distance, and it is easy to get around the city by Didi. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, thoughtful amenities, cleanliness, and convenient location. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Urumqi.
