The room quality is standard Hilton, and having stayed at many Hilton hotels in different locations, I'm quite satisfied. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Urumqi. It's very close to the airport, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The kids really enjoyed the hotel's buffet breakfast and the swimming pool.

First off, I have to give a shout-out to the lady at the front desk! She was not only beautiful but also incredibly kind. Check-in was super fast, and her attitude was wonderfully gentle. She patiently answered all my questions, making me feel so welcome and warm. Next, a special mention goes to the TV in the room! It actually came with an SVIP membership, which shows they really understand young people! After a long day, when I didn't feel like going out, I could just lie in bed and binge-watch several new episodes without dealing with ads or paying extra. The experience was absolutely fantastic. The overall cleanliness of the room was excellent too. The sheets and bedding were spotless and tidy; it was truly immaculate, which made for a very comfortable stay. Just a minor suggestion: the air conditioner's response time was a bit slow. After selecting the 'fan' mode, it took a little while to feel any noticeable change. Hopefully, this can be adjusted in the future. However, this is just a small flaw and doesn't affect my overall satisfaction at all. We stayed at this hotel for a few days. It was wonderful. The staff helped us all. Breakfast is very diverse, regular cleaning, laundry. The room had everything you need and Wi-Fi connection is stable. There are cafes and stores nearby to the hote. We have a nice time here.

The rooms are spacious and bright, and kept spotlessly clean. The signature Sweet Sleeper bed is soft and comfortable, perfect for a good night's rest after a long day. The 24-hour front desk is quick to respond, and the staff are polite and attentive. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including Chinese, Western, and local specialties. With its own gym, it's suitable for both business travelers and families.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, close to a park and a cultural center, with convenient transportation and parking. The room was cozy with stunning views of the snowy mountains and park, and we even received a free room upgrade. Breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff were very welcoming. We specifically booked a family-themed room, hoping for more local Xinjiang features, but it was more of a standard business room. However, we were still very satisfied: the room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the two beds, one large and one small, placed together, were very cozy. It was relaxing to stay with the kids. The bathroom showerhead had great water pressure and a wide coverage area, making showering comfortable. I especially want to praise the one-button call function by the bedside – it's not just for show! When we went downstairs to buy things, the kids needed towels and water in the room, and we could simply call the front desk with one button, and they brought them up immediately. It was so much more convenient than making a phone call, and so practical! 👍 The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the Xinjiang food was very well prepared with a good selection. The kids enjoyed their meal, and overall we were very satisfied. We would definitely choose this place again next time.

The driver contacted us immediately after we landed and waited patiently for us. **Cleanliness:** The environment was clean and tidy, perfect for someone with OCD! **Facilities:** This Atour opened in 2026, so the bedding, furniture, and everything else is brand new.
