The room we stayed in was 423. It was a fancy 'Simple Mesmerizing Starry Sky Room' with a tub near the window.... stayed for 2 separate days. 1. The toilet was nice as it warms the seat and has a bidet with auto flush. 2. The hotel location was good, near the nanmen metro station exit A. To go to Intl Bazaar is only one stop - erdaoqiao station. 3. This same metro can take u to the airport but didn't manage to try it. 4. Near to fast food, convenience shop as u exit from hotel, turn left and cross the road. 5. Bonus: Has a laundry room (washer & dryer) at level -1 for free usage with free detergent.

Driving to southern Xinjiang, my last stop was to stay at the Case Hotel Urumqi. The hotel is located in the city center, opposite the Grand Bazaar. It is a quiet place in the midst of prosperity. Cars can be parked in the hotel's parking space, and luggage must be carried up several steps to reach the hotel lobby. Fortunately, the hotel staff helped carry the luggage up the stairs. The decoration of the hotel is 10 points with ethnic characteristics. The hotel has a certain history but the internal facilities and equipment are still 10 points normal. The hotel rooms in the city are not spacious, but it is very comfortable to drink a cup of tea by the floor-to-ceiling windows. I don’t know when the hotel canceled its breakfast supply, so I had to go out to solve the breakfast problem.

Great hotel- central to everything! We got a room that overlooked the main roundabout and it was great to watch the evening sunset over the city. Even though we overlooked the main street, you could hear no sound. A fantastic location to walk to the grand bazaar and People’s Park. People’s Park was amazing- do visit it in the evening as it’s lively and full of things to do. The hotel staff was super helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They young man at the counter even helped put us in touch with a driver when our initial plans for getting to Heavenly Lake fell through- he helped find a tour agent, driver, and helped to make sure everything was sorted for our day. Would stay here again.

The mattress uses the well-known brand ”King Koil” to create a comfortable sleeping environment for us. The front desk lady has a sweet smile, thoughtful service, and warm words. She asked about my preferences and arranged the room I like. In addition, the hotel room price is affordable, parking is free, and I am very satisfied with the stay! Cleanliness and location are great, as well as the price. But where this hotel lacks is service. There was a MAJOR hiccup in how front desk handled my situation. I came back at 4am after a night out and lost my room key. The front desk really struggled to find my room number. After about 5 minutes of searching, she found my room and handed me a new key. Except IT WAS THE WRONG ROOM. I walked into a room that had 2 complete strangers asleep in the room. They were startled and I closed the door immediately. Went back downstairs and had to ask the front desk for another key, which the lady searched for another 5 minutes before finally finding my room. Needless to say, this is BAD. You CANNOT give someone’s room key to a stranger. That is an absolute sin in the hospitality industry. I hope they will retrain their staff and learn from this review.

Stayed here on a business trip. The hotel's breakfast was paid separately offline for 15 per person. The hotel is very spacious and the rooms are also very large. It is an old brand star hotel with everything you need. The price is very affordable. Invoices can only be issued offline. I urged them several times before they were issued to me. The overall service attitude is good. The gym is open for too short a time and I was unable to experience it.

Hotel is at the good location and not far from subway and brt station . Price is competitive with the other around this area . WiFi is very poor and you cannot access China mobile signal in the room too . There is only one elevator which always problem during my stay . If you need any budget hotel at the Urumqi center area this hotel will be your choice

The hotel is fully equipped and the room is semi-intelligent. It is very convenient. It is only more than 1 km away from the International Bazaar. There is a restaurant near Loulan. The taste is very good. It is a local dish. The front desk service is good because it was snowing that day when I came to Urumqi, I also poured us a cup of hot water.
