The best thing here is location, 3.5 km to Grand Bazaar, I can walk.

It was a quiet good stay, and the room was large. There was a KTV set, but I couldn't use it.

Ynji (En Zhu), the girl at reception is really nice and helpful. She help us to book Tianshantianchi daytour. Recommend to stay here. Near Hongshan dried fruit, you can buy dried jujube with good price.

Clean, convenient location, friendly staff!

The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. BUT: The „non Smoking“ room had a heavily used ash tray next to the sign, and everything smelled of stale smoke (bed linen, pillows, towels, etc). Internet didn’t work on any of my mobile devices, and staff couldn’t help to get it to work. And the 2nd night a group of people kept shouting the whole night (literally from when I went to bed until I got up) in the room across the hallway, but at times also simply in the hall way (there is absolutely no sound proofing of the room) - I guess they were gambling.

Nice location with kind workers, specially Xinjiang Uyghur people are amazing people. Kind and respectful.

It was good, check-in at 11 and check-out at 2, so we had more time to enjoy and rest. Great. It was also near Bazar.

It was an average Hotel and the price was okay. Sadly it smelled strong of cigarettes and we didn't used the AC because when you turn this old AC on it smells even worse in the room. Beds were clean, but the towels also smelled strong of smoke. The service knocked us out shortly before midnight just to ask us what our purpose of travel is although this was obvious. But overall the service was friendly.

Location near the food street, has a small shop at the gate to buy drinks and food, reasonable price, friendly and helpful staffs for every questions, clean room but the toilet water leaking. Anyway, still recommend!

Very nice hotel at a great place in the city. Cleanest room i stayed in and nice staff. No smell of smoke in the room.

Good hotel, clean and comfortable

First of all, the front desk lady was polite and friendly. The hotel is also very close to the dried fruit market, only 350 meters away on foot. There are also many foods there, and there is a convenience store next to the hotel. It is very convenient. The room is quite large and has air conditioning. Unfortunately, the bed is covered with dust. It feels like the triple room has not been occupied for a long time. When I entered the room, the window was open for ventilation, and the dust floated onto the bed. I wiped it myself and slept for a night. Maybe I was too tired, and with the blessing of the air conditioning, I slept well. I hope you will pay attention and improve it.

The room is quite spacious and the service is very good. There was a power outage in the house in the morning. The security guard came to deal with it and the power was restored quickly. The problem was handled very quickly!

I asked the front desk twice for hangers but to no avail. Finally the security guard found me 3 hangers.
