Nice, new hotel but for foreigners with english either difficult - i choosed the hotel because it’s close to the ferry port - but there was no taxi, Uber nor Hotel Shuttle available - the organised a taxi, but 100Y is by far too much - for this distance a taxi cost in Shanghai, Hongkong, Beijing, Shenzhen nearly half of this area - I just have had no other choice. This is just „cheating“. Anyway room and support was good

Quite a decent hotel for business , yet it’s hard to get to the car park entrance due to constructions around.

The directions within the hotel area are completely a chaos. You won't be able to navigate your way going to the hotel building with your ultimate, maximum effort. The worst experience among all accommodates have ever had in China. Strongly NOT recommended！！！

The hotel is relatively new; but the room we booked on the non-smoking floor reeked of stale cigarette. We had to change room. There was an event of some sort and the only restaurant in the entire hotel was closed to other hotel residents. We had to walk to 15 minutes around some construction site to cross over to a small residential area to find food. There were a handful of restaurants. Some pretty run-down. I'd say the hotel is ok, but make sure you have your meals planned. The hotel is pretty far from everything. We picked it because it was close to a birding area.

Because there was a subway construction in front of the hotel, the handsome guy at the hotel front desk also called in advance to remind the navigation location. In short, the hotel provided very considerate service. Behind it is Bucui Lake Park, where you can relax outdoors. The underground garage is convenient for parking.

I booked a hotel for self-driving on the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge. I read reviews saying that the hotel was hard to find. I called the hotel directly and the handsome guy at the front desk told me to navigate directly to the Cuiheng Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China. As a result, I drove into the underground garage very smoothly. The hotel has an exclusive elevator, which is very convenient! There is a KFC next to the hotel, and there is also a Cantonese restaurant on the third floor next door!

I should give this hotel 100 stars based on the service attitude of the handsome front desk guy who checked in that night. He brought a stack of printing paper without saying a word and asked me if it was enough when I printed some information at 11 o'clock. It was really considerate and must be praised. It is the best front desk I have ever seen! But I still want to remind you of two points. One is that the hotel is a bit sloppy in cleaning. A long hair on the sofa is telling the story of last night. In addition, the light switch on the bedside of the hotel and the night light under the refrigerator cabinet really need to consider light pollution. It is too bright for people like me and affects sleep. In addition, the construction around the hotel also affects the travel and check-in experience.
