This hotel is located at urumqi new area. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Breakfast is simple china style breakfast.

Overall is okay. Free airport service is recommended. Toilet design is not that ideal that we are looking by travelling with family.

This is our third time staying in this hotel .. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful especially security officer … 0068 Location is excellent and a lots of eateries around and rooms are spacious and super clean ! Breakfast in the morning is excellent and delicious ! Would definitely come back when we are in Urumqi ..

I like the hotel a lot. It's new, the staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. They do provide free airport transport transfer which save me for the taxi. Their laundry room even provide the free detergents, which are not commonly in other hotel in Urumuqi.

A new hotel with high-tech amenities, like power curtains, voice control remote in the room, customer service robot, etc. Hotel provides free airport transfer and is within walking distance of the high speed rail station (you can see it from hotel and just need to walk towards it). The hotel is also flexible when it comes to late check out, allowing us to use the room till 5pm. They also have a laundry room equipped with excellent washer and dryer machines that are free for guests to use. If there is something to pick on the hotel, the breakfast can be improved, and should start earlier than 8am.

Very nice hotel, nearly the railway station convenient for business people, but a bit too far from the city center. A warm welcome at the reception and very helpful people. We got an early check in without any problem. Very spacious room and bathroom. Excellent laundry machines. Breakfast is ok.

Really enjoy to stay here. Everything was perfect. Not far from Urumqi train station. The staff cannot speak english but they tried to communicate with us.

The hotel is really new. The cleaning service was not completed even after the renovation. I sat at the desk for a while and my pants were covered with dust. I saw that the dust on the baseboard was not wiped off.

From the beginning of check-in to the end The front desk told me that I had modified my stay, so the system did not show my stay. I had to cancel and re-book.
