Service is very good. There are free shuttle buses to Disney. There are free tea rice supplied at night until 23:00PM. Breakfasts are included and delicious.

Splendid facilities offered in the hotel. Soup rice provided for free for supper, masks and kids toys complimentary for guest. Foot massager in the room to use after a day in disneyland and disneysea. However, the shuttle bus pick up at Maihama station could be improved as there was a super long queue for all different hotels. Everyone didn't know where to queue for their specific hotel. Hence, when Hiyori shuttle bus came, everyone rushes up. It's chaotic, hence it'll be good if the hotel could put up specific queue line for respective specific hotels.

The hotel is a gem though the rooms are small the amenities are comprehensive and we had everything we need. The shuttle provided by the hotel to disneyland is also very convenient and we will stay here again in future if we visit djsneyland. Hotel breakfast was simp and good.

Amazing experience! It just help us to upstar our Disney experience! Breakfast has plentyyyy of choice of food. A FULL set of facial product - make up removal, cleanser, toner, moisturiser WOW!!! Me. Another thing is the pyjamas provided by the hotel is also very unique experience. It is so comfortable and they even have different level hardness pillow. You can choose your pillow at the lobby. The shuttle bus too allow us to reach hotel and Disney conveniently!

The best hotel i stayed in Tokyo

It's a good quiet and cozy location if you are going Disneyland. They have bus cater to Disneyland and back. The cleanliness are top notch as they are also relatively new. The staff are all friendly and try to help me whatever you need. The whole check in and out process was pleasant. Despite having small comfy room, they include bathtub, so there's still a enjoyment to it. They also have shoe dryer in the room, so there's no worry if you went out getting your shoe wet. At night the also provide unlimited small supper, my time was Chazuke, totally love it! Don't expect gym, swimming pool or anything but is one of the best place you can find if you want to hang around Maihama or having trip to Disneyland. Definitely would go and stay again! :)

Is a nice hotel and staff is nice. But I won’t recommend people to stay as it is middle of nowhere. Very far from Disneyland Disney sea. ¥2000 by taxi and despite there is shuttle bus to Disneyland, is only a few of them. I remember a big crowd waiting for bus returning to the hotel as no clear indication in the bus station. Really upset. Also no bus in the whole afternoon. So can’t plan to back to the hotel to rest. Even need to walk at least 20 minutes to the nearby 7-11. If really wish to choose a hotel close to the Disney, choose the one being the partner of Disney.

Hotel was clean, with many amenities with the free gift but the best service was with the shuttle bus driver ( sorry forgot to ask his name), he was very helpful and very friendly. We appreciated it so much. Hope to visit again Thanks & regards Hioe Fui Yen
