Great location. Will come back again for second time if I needed to.

We had our wonderful 2 night stay at Tokyo Disneyland. We booked for 3 rooms, It is one of our favorite and most memorable experiences. Though we had a hard time checking in due to some language barrier but still our stay was so worth it

I was very satisfied!! The room was better than I expected and I was able to relax comfortably! I would definitely like to stay here again!

I stayed here the day before visiting Disneyland with a friend. They offered services like happy entry and leaving your luggage in your room when you departed, so I think we were able to enjoy Disneyland to the fullest. The interior was cute, and the time we spent at the hotel itself was a fond memory.

I stayed in the Alice room, which was very clean and comfortable. Even though both adults and children should have been tired from playing, they were having so much fun that they couldn't fall asleep easily. The bathroom was separate from the toilet and there was a vanity mirror so we could all get ready at the same time, which was very satisfying. I'd like to stay here again.

It really is the best hotel!! Having fun at the park and relaxing at the hotel is double the value! It was a fulfilling trip!

The accommodations were very good. The problem was that when I checked in, the reservation was made using a phone number that was completely different from my own and that I had never heard of, so they suspected that the reservation had been made from a reseller and were reluctant to let me in. I was warned to make hotel reservations through the official website next time.

I don't know if it's Trip.com's fault or the Disneyland Hotel's, but either way the communication is terrible. I'll never book through Trip.com again. I think the Japanese site is more reliable. The Disneyland Hotel (front desk staff) also had a very rigid response, which I thought was a bit off-putting. By the way, the hotel itself is good. I'd like to stay again if I have the chance, but I'll never use Trip.com and I'd like to have a nice front desk staff member.

It was great!! It's right in front of Disneyland so you can rest up when you come home tired, and there's a convenience store inside too. More than anything, the rooms are super cute and you can get that Disney feel even in the hotel, which is great!

It's as expected. We stayed here for my daughter's birthday, and she was thrilled! We'll definitely use it again.

The accommodation was wonderful! However, the details of the reservation made through Trip.com were not communicated to the hotel, and when I checked in, I was told that the reservation had not been made. After investigating, I was told that the intermediary had not contacted me. However, the reservation date and payment details were correct, so after the staff confirmed it, I was able to check in and stay safely. The hotel's response was very wonderful, as I was also upgraded to a room, but I am unsure and confused about using this site in the future.

It was truly the best! The location was great. When we opened the window at night we could hear the sounds of Disneyland and it felt like we were inside Disney forever. It had a luxurious feel and the service was attentive. The cute amenities had a sign on the back saying to take them home as a memory, which my kids were really impressed. It was a wonderful hotel where we could stay in a Disney dream forever.
