Very nice hotel in the city centre. Shopping centre is connected to hotel. Good breakfast, big room. Helpful staff.

The room is so clean, the bed are comfy, good location and close to Assum school, breakfast goid

Great service earlier than expected check in. the breakfast was very good and the bar/restaurant had a relaxing mood

The location is great connecting to a flea market with lot of clothes and food and drink outlets at night. We stay in Royal Suite, the room is huge 70 sqm, however it seem there is some design problems, example the rest room is too big but the toilet is has no privacy. What is great the food here is affordable.

This is a great hotel, has everything you need, great restaurant , shopping mall. Gym, swimming pool , right across from KFC and sunee market. The ubon football stadium is nearby and most things a cheap taxi ride away. The staff were fantastic, but some couldnt speak english and my Thai is nid noi. But we got by.. id come here again.

pillow give only 1 per person, we ask for more each so they said need to pay each 100 baht. Never in any hotel ask for extra payment. no service mind. smell is musty smell also dirty. bed is uncomcortable

Central to everything needed. You’re in a mall with all the necessities within reach. Also close enough to the airport, just a short ride.

Close to lotas mall and this hotel underground have a shopping mall and and supermarket and opttist of hotel have a street food market with a very cheap price .

One nights stay after a long trip to Thailand. Great hotel with fantastic facilities, had a much needed massage to finish off stay.

Purchased room with 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts. Hotel didn’t want to honour 2 dinners instead they wanted to give us 400 baht didn’t accept and negotiated 800 baht. At night time no hot water at all. Not a very pleasant experience won’t be booking again

-A Must stay in UB -Great rooms, service, facilities, value, etc. -Sunee hotel has an attached department store, restaurants, local food stalls AND a night market right next door.. wow!
