"Facilities: Very good, the facilities and equipment are quite new. The air conditioning, hot water, and internet all worked perfectly.
Hygiene: Excellent. My friends and I, all girls, felt that the cleaning staff did a wonderful job. Given the intense sun in Turpan, the room felt infused with sunshine.
Environment: It's a very distinctive ancient city. Guests can also enjoy free sand therapy. The ladies at the front desk were lovely and explained the precautions for sand therapy. There's also free black tea and plum juice at the front desk, which you can fill up in your own bottle – very thoughtful! After sand therapy, you can't play in the water, otherwise I would have loved to swim in the small pool next to the sand therapy area.
Service: Beyond words! The ladies at the front desk are truly beautiful and incredibly gentle. They also perform the evening show, though they mentioned it's not a nightly occurrence. We were really lucky! Five-star rating for sure. This is the best value-for-money B&B. Thumbs up!"

"We were checked in by Mr Kadeer, who informed us that the room I booked is located in the basement. He kindly offered to show us the room to ensure that we like it. The room was huge with a little courtyard for hanging your laundry. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good too.
When we were there, a few weddings took place. There was a public lotus lake outside the hotel but sad to say it was very much neglected otherwise it would have boosted the hotel’s location. If you happened to be there on a weekend, take a right turn from the hotel entrance and walk to the end of the road. Across the road you can find a busy street of eateries with gatherings of families and friends."

"My first time staying in an 8-bed dorm, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was freshly changed – so soft and comfortable. My roommates were all incredibly nice; we chatted and shared snacks in the evening, creating a lively and warm family-like atmosphere. The space was also surprisingly spacious. Each person had a generously-sized locker with plenty of room for all their belongings, and the tables in the common areas were more than sufficient, perfect for both studying and relaxing. The value for money was outstanding! I'd absolutely love to stay here again."

"We spent two nights at the hotel and everything was very good. The rooms were clean and smart with even a smart toilet. The water pressure in the bathroom was really good 👍 The breakfast buffet had a good selection of Chinese breakfast items. Location wise, its quite central with a big supermarket downstairs and walking distance to the main street of Turpan. Taxi is needed to reach the main sites. Would definitely return here."

"The service was excellent, the accommodations were comfortable, the breakfast was healthy and delicious, the location was great, the rooms were bright, and the smart voice assistant was very convenient. Turpan is very beautiful. I've stayed at several hotels in Turpan, and this one had the best service and was the most comfortable. For takeout, I didn't even have to go downstairs to pick it up; a smart robot delivered it upstairs, and they were very good at meeting customer needs."

"I only realized it was a new hotel after checking in, part of the Jinjiang Group. Let me start with the pros: the location is great, especially for those with cars. There's parking downstairs, and it's close to restaurants and shopping areas. At check-in, the front desk said the system wasn't fully operational yet, so they were using paper records for check-in and room information, but the service was excellent. The hotel restaurant is on the first floor, well-ventilated, and didn't smell of food, but it wasn't replenished promptly; when I went for breakfast, the selection was already limited. The hotel's Wi-Fi coverage is extensive; it's not a room-by-room signal, but rather covers the entire hotel, and you can use it downstairs too, which is very convenient.
Cons: The room was clean. While the more visible areas were quite clean, the details weren't great! For example, there was a woman's long hair stuck to the wall and floor in the bathroom… Also, the faucet under the sink was leaking! I only noticed after all my toiletries were soaked! There were also issues with the renovations; they weren't thoroughly inspected. I ended up using a towel to cover the wet spot…"

Cchi****The hotel's location is excellent, with Xiyou Night Market situated right downstairs. Parking is convenient. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a proactive room upgrade. The room was fully equipped, with ample hot water for showers, and even a mouse pad on the desk – a thoughtful touch! Welcome fruit was provided. They offer two washing machines and two dryers, conveniently located on the same floor as the breakfast area. The breakfast spread was lavish, offering a wide variety of options, and the service was impeccable. Overall, a truly excellent stay with absolutely no complaints!

The hotel also provides sand therapy and even has some lovely small animals to visit. It's kept impeccably clean, completely free of any unpleasant odors! The overall hygiene is excellent, and the mattress is super comfortable – neither too soft nor too hard. I woke up feeling completely refreshed the next morning! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich and varied! The only minor downside was that the projector screen in the room was broken. Turpan is absolutely an underrated gem of a city! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit; it's truly fantastic!

WwinweingThe service at this hotel is absolutely excellent, and the hygiene is impeccable. They even offer complimentary porridge in the evenings, which is an incredibly thoughtful touch. One night, my child put clothes in the washing machine. The next morning, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel staff had not only washed them but also taken them out, dried them, neatly folded them, put them in a bag, and clearly labeled it with our room number. This attention to detail saved us so much hassle and was truly reassuring.
All in all, the service at this Atour hotel is genuinely outstanding. Since I was traveling with my parents, they also upgraded our room, which made us feel truly valued and respected, particularly as retired military officers. If we ever return to Turpan, we will definitely choose this hotel again.
P.S. Parking is very convenient, and the on-site parking lot is very spacious!

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved JJ Coffeetel in Turpan. First and foremost, a huge kudos to the front staffers, especially Mustafa! He not only responded to our unusual requests but kindly showed us around the neighborhood. Along with other staffers, he also helped us get some items we’d been looking for from a local merchant. Our room had a nice view and the breakfast was a critical energy booster every morning. I guess there’d be a limit to this service depending on the season but they also helped us coordinate our one-day tour to Huoyanshan and the two old citadels. Thank you again for giving us such an unforgettable experience. We will be back!

Parking is in a separate courtyard, and the hotel is easy to find, right on the road, making it convenient to enter. The service was excellent, especially the manager, who knew we were visiting the neighboring military base for a nostalgic visit and even found a way to contact the military property manager to take my father to visit the former barracks.
