Turpan Hotels with Wi-Fi

As at August 2022, there is daily mucelic acid testing in the park next to the hotel, from 08:20-11:00. Using the Xinjiang health code, I was able to get tested there (as a foreigner) and the results showed up on the app. So, I didn't need to go into a hospital. The hotel is also a short walk away from the museum and a main street with a lot of restaurants that seemed to be popular. Taxis regularly passed in front of the hotel (Didi took a while, in my experience). My room was wide and bright, including the toilet and shower. In fact, the entire hotel feels wide - the lobby, breakfast room, the carpark. The staff were all helpful, even with my poor Chinese and their limited English. The breakfast selection was fair, and everyone seemed to enjoy the food.

Wonderful hotel and experience. Upon arrival, we had been upgraded to a business suite which was incredibly large and spacious! The room was extremely comfortable and the mattress was so comfortable, it was some of the best nights of sleeping we had while traveling. The location is excellent- easy walk to the museums and markets. It’s around a 25 minute drive to the train station, less than 10 min to the Karaz museum…. Out front of the hotel fruit vendors set up in the evening and the fruit is absolutely delicious! They also have a washer/ dryer set so you can do laundry which was a huge bonus.

The best hostel experience in China. The staff spoke English which is always appreciated in China. They offer a great variety of different tours and shared rides to sights in Tulufan. The common areas are cozy. The shared room was big and beds have curtains a d sockets!

Worth recommending! ! ! ! We drove from Duku Highway, passed Kuche and arrived in Turpan. We booked this hotel. The service was super good, the facilities were complete, the parking lot at the door was super large, there was also a restaurant, and there were many places to eat around the hotel. Special thanks to Adila, Da Gulibanu, Xiao Gulibanu, **Cheng, and Tangnur at the front desk for their enthusiastic help and smiling service throughout the whole process. We came to the Volcano Red Winery. We were very touched by the enthusiastic front desk lady, the enthusiastic shuttle bus guy and the cleaning lady. You can eat grapes that are sweeter than first love. The super large estate is open to all children and adults for fun and leisure. The wine barrel room is also a pleasant experience. The children like it, so we changed the itinerary and renewed it for another night. We were reluctant to leave. I felt the enthusiasm and sincerity of the ancient city of Turpan for three days and two nights. Highly recommended

The hotel is in a good location, easy to find on the main road, with a parking lot, convenient parking. The room is spacious and has new facilities. The room is clean and sanitary. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sink meets hotel standards. The bedding is also very good, and the sleep is very comfortable. The hotel has a washing machine for washing clothes, and the cost performance is very high. I stayed there for a few days while playing in Turpan. The Xinjiang girl at the hotel front desk was warm and polite, and the check-in experience was very good!

Fantastic hotel, probably the best in Turpan. Convenient location just outside of town but a short taxi ride to the centre, and the rooms are beautifully finished, with high quality touches like the towels and bedding. Restaurant and small shop available on site. We had no electric power for one night but staff were very accommodating. Will stay again!

The staff on the third floor returned the lost property to me. I forgot two rings in the hotel. The front desk contacted me and sent them home immediately. The items arrived before I got home. They also used the cash on delivery and insurance. I would like to explain that it is safer to send valuable items with cash on delivery and insurance.

It is said that it is a government reception, the environment is very good, and it is about 20 minutes' walk from Grape Valley. It's just that the service makes people feel that it doesn't match the environment: the triple room we booked should be the kind with a sofa, but when checking in, the two beautiful girls at the front desk were chatting and asked me if it was a triple room. I clearly said it was, but when I got to the room, I found that it was a double room. How can three people sleep? I called and said that they made a mistake and changed us to a room on the same floor. OK, but when I went in, I found that there was no sofa. It was basically a triple room changed from a double room. There was only one bedside table, shared by two beds, and there was only one charging socket on it. The other bed had no bedside table and no charger to use! ! I raised questions at the time and asked us to wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes, there was no news. We were so tired from driving and wanted to lie down, and we still had a trip! So I called and said that I would not change it. Then I didn't want to get water from the car, so I thought about asking the waiter to send 3 bottles of water. The front desk said it was okay. After a while, I called again and said that each bottle would cost 2 yuan because there were already three bottles of water in the room. Why didn't you say it directly when you answered the phone? Are you not proficient in business? Moreover, we traveled all the way in southern Xinjiang, and the hotels we stayed in gave us 3 extra bottles of water. It's not that we have to pay for extra water. From the beginning, we were assigned the wrong room, the wrong room type, and then the waiting... the surprise we had when we saw the hotel environment before was gone. It was disappointing! The hotel facilities are also a bit old. They said it was their newest building. I hope they can improve their service and live up to their good reputation and good environment!

The room facilities and equipment are reasonable, the central air conditioning is very powerful, the room is very clean and comfortable, the room price is very cost-effective, it is very convenient to eat around the hotel, the surrounding environment is clean, and there is a flower garden shop at the door with a fragrant smell that makes people happy!
