Hotel staff are professional n helpful especially Alisa and Elina. Hotel can help to arrange day tour. Daily breakfast are plentiful n delicious. Strongly recommended.

We absolutely love our brief stay at this hotel. The check in service was speedy and pleasant. The receptionists were friendly and went up and above to serve us. This is by far the best hotel for our trip to Xinjiang. There are 2 sets of complimentary washers and dryers for guests for which is really helpful. The only downside is there is only 1 set of lift (for our wing) and the wait can be long during peak breakfast hours.

A very good hotel in Turpan. It is centrally located. It is short taxi drive to Grape Valley and Karez Irrigation system

A good hotel with a comfortable bed. The room was big, as we were in B1 there was an enclosed area to dry clothes. Near to an excellent restaurant, behind the small lake.A nice gesture for the recptionist give us a bag of raisins when checking out.

Excellent, very helpful service both at front desk and in restaurant

Service was fantastic! They were extra caring because we had a young child. Offered us extra bottles of water because it was so hot during our stay. Staff was very friendly (except for the restaurant staff). Breakfast although we had to pay for it had a great selection of Chinese food and was pretty good. Gym was decent. Best was the free laundry you can do. Super convenient because it was so hot you literally have to change your clothes throughout the day and with the desert activities it was nice if you didn’t bring enough clothes to wear. There’s a nice little area to walk around right near the hotel.

We were checked in by Mr Kadeer, who informed us that the room I booked is located in the basement. He kindly offered to show us the room to ensure that we like it. The room was huge with a little courtyard for hanging your laundry. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good too. When we were there, a few weddings took place. There was a public lotus lake outside the hotel but sad to say it was very much neglected otherwise it would have boosted the hotel’s location. If you happened to be there on a weekend, take a right turn from the hotel entrance and walk to the end of the road. Across the road you can find a busy street of eateries with gatherings of families and friends.

Fantastic service. Great breakfast with a wide range of Asian and some Western choices. Rooms were clean and well-decorated. The location is on the same block as the Turpan Museum and close to restaurants. Be aware that the air conditioning does not cool the room (at least in April) and only blows hot air. This can make sleeping a bit uncomfortable so I suggest you ask for a fan.

Great place to relax in the heat of Turpan. Very friendly and supportive staff, nice rooms, good breakfast.

Great location, good food, good service and amenities. The hotel is next to a little park where it is nice to wander around in the evening, when it is not too hot outside

Friendly and helpful

As at August 2022, there is daily mucelic acid testing in the park next to the hotel, from 08:20-11:00. Using the Xinjiang health code, I was able to get tested there (as a foreigner) and the results showed up on the app. So, I didn't need to go into a hospital. The hotel is also a short walk away from the museum and a main street with a lot of restaurants that seemed to be popular. Taxis regularly passed in front of the hotel (Didi took a while, in my experience). My room was wide and bright, including the toilet and shower. In fact, the entire hotel feels wide - the lobby, breakfast room, the carpark. The staff were all helpful, even with my poor Chinese and their limited English. The breakfast selection was fair, and everyone seemed to enjoy the food.

As a Mercure hotel, the location seems average, but the internal and external facilities, cleanliness, and service are praiseworthy. I booked without breakfast, but they actively recommended breakfast to reduce the inconvenience. If I go to Turpan again, this is the hotel I want to stay at.
