The hotel's front desk service is friendly and there are free water facilities. The hotel also has a gym and laundry room, which is really convenient. Especially the service of the lady at the front desk is super super good!

The room is spacious and bright. We booked two rooms. One of them had some network problems. The manager upgraded it to a deluxe room for free, which was so heartwarming. There is a specialty restaurant downstairs that is not expensive. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the service is good. Although the weather was cold this time, the people I met were very warm. The male front desk officer said that he did not have enough authority and reported it to the manager the next day. As a result, he asked me the next day and said, are you sure the door is open? I said no. I was sure that the police had a record of law enforcement because of his attitude. The next day we returned to Hohhot and went to the police station. The police proved it and coordinated with the unrelated female front desk to apologize and compensate 200 yuan for safety management. I actually just want an attitude. I made it very clear to the police on the night of the 21st. They gave me a good answer in the morning and apologized. Then I left in the afternoon. As a result, the man at the front desk said in the morning (there is a recording but there is no need to send it). In the afternoon I changed my ticket and went to the police station. I must have this attitude. Thank you. The female front desk sister even came forward to apologize. There is no need to apologize. Thank you. If the service was like this from the beginning, these things would not happen.
