Thung from Front Desk made our stay smooth and easy. We arrived at the Hotel at 6am onwards and even if our check-in supposted to be 2pm, he let us do the early check-in (just to add 500k vnd) which was quiet cheap and the rest was great. We'll for sure coming back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was absolutely beautiful perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is very convenient, close to sapa station, restaurants, and main attractions. Best of all, it’s budget-friendly.

Didn’t get to see the scenery due to the fog but it is not the hotel’s fault. However, the cold wind was seeping through the balcony doors making the entire room super cold even with the air conditioning heating mode on. The buffet breakfast was great, staff was helpful in terms of allowing early check in, and location wise it is just a short walk to Sun Plaza and nice restaurants in the area! Would def come back when the weather is a lot better!

I had such an amazing experience at Phuong Nam Hotel in Sapa. The location is incredibly convenient — close to everything you need and easy to get around. Their staff were super accommodating and helpful too!

I'm quite satisfied with this hotel. I appreciate that they allow guests to store their luggage while waiting for check-in and when departing for Hanoi. I would consider staying at this hotel again.

good hotel, but we booked room with view, but they allocate us lower floor, the view not stunning at all, hm. but the receptionist all very kind. would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice though very basic. We love the location as it is very near places to visit like the Sapa Station and the Sapa Lake. Both are “walkable” from the hotel. Staff are kind and friendly. Buffet breakfast is so-so. Not so good, not so bad. Overall, given the price, we think that this is a very good value for Money.

"Highly Recommended!" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service and very comfortable rooms. The staff made me feel welcome from the start. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. A great place to relax after a long day.

The view from the balcony is amazing; however, it would be much better if there were proper lighting in that area. It would also be more convenient if an iron were available in each room rather than having to go down to the reception. Additionally, towels should be cleaned more thoroughly, as some had an unpleasant smell. The lighting in the hallway needs to be brighter, and the television in the room should be fixed.
