The hotel is just 2 minutes walk from Sun Plaza. The owner so friendly. The hotel kind of old but it was clean and no weird smell. The lady owner made us good breakfast. There was laundry service 40.000dong per kilo (6hours). Minimarket just right beside the hotel.

I had a pleasant stay during my trip. Ms. Kieu Anh was very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The place is quiet and conveniently located near the city centre.

Great place and location to stay at. Took the suite room, spacious and clean. Ms Kieu Anh was really friendly and helpful (laundry service, bus booking, trips booking, etc..) during my 3 nights of stay there. However since I’m a non smoker and rather sensitive to cigarettes smell, on and off notice some cigarettes smoke smell in the room. Was informed that it could be due to someone smoking within the premise. Opening the balcony door does helped to ventilate the room though. Overall, still a great place.

I had a great time at Sapa Dragon Hotel. I stay there three night. I went to Sapa alone and I was sick. Hotel manager is really caring, helping and very kind. She helped me everything. Service are top notch and as I mentioned above, she went the extra mile to help the guests. Location is just few minutes walk from Sun Plaza and accessible to the attractions. Rooms are spacious, great view, clean and I can smell the fresh laundry. I definitely recommend to others 👍

Walking distance to Cable station to Fansipan and very lively town with many eateries in the night. Hotel is old, not as in the pictures. No lift,need to climb stairs. No hot water. Need a lot of improvement on the facade and rooms too. For budget travellers is fine who have low budget..need to review and update those pictures

Located in a very nice location, the hotel is very clean and amenities are also good. The owner helped us with all sorts of tickets and hospitality is unmatched!

The lady was very helpful, and I am so grateful for her service. Should have booked tickets to Fansipan with her, but I didn’t know and already booked all of it online. Anyways, will definitely come back! My family and I had a great time.

A decent hotel. What make it an outstanding stay was Ms Kieu Anh impeccable services! Resourceful, attentive & caring, which makes the guest feel homely. She can arrange all the local tour services (which can be lower cost than going through a local tour agency) for the guest. so that the guest has a carefree mind to wandering in sSapa😊. Keep it up, Ms Kieu Anh!

The hotel was clean and just walking distance to Sapa Center. We arrived early morning and they let us checked-in with a discounted fee. Very accommodating owner. and there's a lot of massage parlor and restaurant around the area.

Excellent service with cheap price. Owner is very kind and friendly. Located at good place. Very near to city, just few mins walking to sun plaza. Lots of restaurants nearby, mini mart is just beside hotel. The view from our room is amazing if the weather is good and clear . Breakfast is very delicious too. Its really worth to stay.

Very nice and kind~! Free bookings for Fansipan ticket and Cat-Cat village tour were provided. And, it is very close to Sun Plaza for Fansioan.

Owner was very friendly and kind to arrange for my itinerary as I went there with no plans. The owner arranged for car, bike and the entrance tickets, even my bus ride back to Hanoi. She also provided discounts for some. Breakfasts were good and location is about 5 mins away from Sapa station for cable car. Fansipan is worth the trip up, amazing views but lots of steps. I also went to Glass bridge, Fairy village in O Qu, and Cat Cat village. If travelling alone, Fansipan is enough if you are looking for views. Massage place is right next to the hotel and guest will get discount. Overall would come back to stay if I have the chance.

One of the highlights was her homemade Bun Cha for breakfast—absolutely delicious! The hotel itself has a really warm, cozy vibe, making it feel like home right away. It’s only a 5-minute walk from Sapa Station, which is a strategic location for accessing attractions around town. Plus, there are several massage shops nearby—perfect for unwinding after a day of trekking. My room was spotless, smelled fresh, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Sapa Dragon Hotel to anyone visiting Sapa!
