Good place to stay

Nice location, its really help with the baby.

The owner of the hotel are kind . We came early in the morning by bus , and we ask for early check in . They allow . The room clean , big and comfortable. The price also reasonable. I recommend for the tourist about this hotel in Sapa . The location also in central of sapa town . It was close to Sun plaza station .

About 5 minutes walk to Sun World Plaza for buying cable trip to Fansipan Mountain 3,143 meters. Thanks for the upgrade since the first night so we finally stayed for 3 nights. Very good room with luxury look although not brand new. To enter the front door, you need to walk for more than 10 steps down the staircase. Fast elevator. Electronic key card. Everything was good during our stay. They only took the photo of my passport when I checked in without keeping it like in the past in other hotels in Vietnam. Thank you very much for helping to carry my luggage. I post a photo up the mountain top at 11:51am of 12 Jan 2022.

Nice hotel

Very satisfied with this hotel. The location is close to Sun Plaza and easy to get anywhere. The service is very good. I booked a superior room but they upgraded to deluxe because the superior room was not available yet, without additional charge. When checking out you can leave your items at the receptionist. They are all very friendly and most importantly can speak English well. Thanks nomadtrails, I think I'll come back later.

The accommodation is in the heart of the city, convenient to travel, close to shopping areas. Restaurants are close by.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Sapa Railway Station. The front desk can communicate in English and is very patient. The room is well-equipped, clean and tidy. Motorbike rental service is also available at a price of 150,000 VND per day. The only drawback is that the network signal is not good. If you live in a room near the inside, your mobile phone will basically have no signal. However, the hotel's wifi is not good either. The speed is very slow and often disconnected. It is very uncomfortable to use your mobile phone in the room at night. I hope the hotel can improve the network problem, maybe it will be better. Very good and strategic

Price was low but room had very good decorations. There’s a window but not much view as we booked the room with lowest price. Good services from staff. Need to walk down the steel staircase to go down the hotel from the street. Very happy with our stay.
